Alloggio perfettamente corrispondente a descrizione e foto. appartamento molto pulito,in ordine,dotato di ogni confort , arredato con molto gusto. Zona residenziale molto tranquilla,nessun rumore di traffico o altro. Comodo al centro città, con una passeggiata di 15 minuti Ca. Vesna host esuberante, simpatica, disponibile e proattiva! Si è prodigata in consigli e si è preoccupata anche della nostra colazione! Consiglio la struttura!

Lovely apartment, located about 5 minutes from the train station, so easy to find. I had. to message the host about a query we had and I got a promp reply. Would definitely recommend this apartment if staying in Florence. Exceptionally clean and has good facilities.

Si trova all’ultimo piano di un palazzo storico e racchiude in se tanti piccoli dettagli che lo rendono affascinante. Sabrina è un host che vi risponderà rapidamente ad ogni domanda.

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If Marin’s apartment is available for your stay in Florence, snap it up. It’s an amazing spacious apartment in the ideal location, a block behind the Duomo. Because the apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building, there is absolutely no street noise whatsoever. The apartment was pristine, modern, extremely comfortable and well-appointed with extreme attention to detail. The washer (and Dryer!) came in very handy for our stay in Florence, the mid-point of our two week trip through Italy. Marin was extremely responsive and super helpful with recommendations. The ideal two bedroom apartment for our family of four (me, my wife and our two daughters ages 17 and 21). The upstairs bedroom (with its own full bathroom) was the perfect retreat for our daughters and the master bedroom downstairs was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were ultra modern, clean and relaxing. Apartment and host (Marin) are A+

Il borgo di capannole è un posto meraviglioso di grande pace e di grande bellezza, Roi e Stefan sono stati host eccezionali gentili e premurosi È un posto immerso nella storia antica del borgo e della Famiglia di Stefan . È un Posto di privacy ma con la Possibilità di incontrare altre persone o famiglie che soggiornano nello stesso periodo con L possibilità di condividere i grandi spazi che il Borgo mette a disposizione Torneremo senza dubbi Consigliatissimo!

Excelente localização, seja para chegar a pé, que dê ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Carlo foi ótimo anfitrião. Apartamento ótimo.. Vale salientar que há 4 lances de escada. Sugiro iluminar melhor o local da lavadora de roupas e colocar instruções de uso da mesma, já que ela é antiga e não é muito prática.

This Florence Airbnb was perfect—beautifully decorated and in a fantastic location near everything. The outdoor space with a view of the Duomo was the perfect place to relax after a long day of site seeing. The host gave great recommendations and made us feel completely at home. We would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Bellissima villetta situata in zona tranquilla e immersa nel verde dei campi. Comodissima per alcuni giorni di vacanza in Umbria. Salotto ampio e cucina completa. Camere curate e ordinate. Bagni spaziosi e puliti. Super consigliato, visto anche l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

L’alloiggio di Alessandro fa al caso vostro, una casetta piccola immersa nel verde con un paesaggio mozzafiato, gli unici rumori che sentirete saranno quelli della natura che vi circonda, Alessando è stato un host eccezzionale simpatico sorridente che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

We had a wonderful stay. Silvia was very responsive, and she even brought us pizza upon our late arrival! The grounds are gorgeous and the views were incredible. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Highly recommended.

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Les 2 gros points forts de ce logement : l'emplacement car la ligne de bus et le tram pour le centre de Florence sont dans la rue, et le calme. Vraiment idéal pour laisser la voiture dans le parking privé et découvrir Florence. L'arrivée était très facile car Daniela a vraiment laissé les informations d'entrée pour le parking et l'appartement. Le logement correspond aux photos, il est propre et la terrasse est un bonus pour être bien au calme !! Merci Daniela

Federica and Roberto welcomed us like old friends, and very kindly fetched us from the train station. After getting us settled and showing us around the (beautifully designed and spotless) Airbnb, which is far more impressive in person than in the photos, they took us for a stroll in the historical center of town, just steps away. They even treated us to delicious coffee and pastries at one of the oldest (if not the oldest?) “bars” in Italy. They proudly pointed out places we should absolutely visit, (which we did), like the National Gallery, and shared some interesting and quirky historical facts. Perugia captured our hearts, as did our hosts. It was a true highlight of our vacation in Rome, Umbria and Tuscany. We give Federica and Roberto’s apartment and hospitality our highest recommendation!

We had a great stay at Antonio’s apartment. The location was so perfect, everything we wanted to do was pretty much walkable or a short taxi ride, which were easy to get if needed. The outdoor areas off of the bedroom and living room are private and serene with great views. Host was responsive and accommodations were comfortable. The shower and the kitchen are very small, but that seems pretty typical in Italy. If you don’t plan to do much cooking, it’s perfect for light prep and morning coffee. We were very happy with the value and would book again. Thank you!

Our stay at Alessandra's apartment was great! very comfortable and bright apartment with a refreshing terrace, had everything we needed for our stay in Florence. The location was perfect for exploring the city while also being a quiet retreat for the end of the day.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

Excellent cozy and quiet apartment in a great area. We were able to easily walk to everything. There are several great cafes and restaurants just steps away as well. Highly recommend.
