We loved it here! The whole place was spotless. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed. Tabatha was an amazing host. We would definitely book here again!

Lovely decor, quiet and peaceful in a beautiful neighborhood. Walkable to a few restaurants. We loved this space.

This Airbnb was not only beautiful, but spacious! I appreciated the snacks as well as the washer and dryer! Everything was clean and neat. It may not be the nicest looking neighborhood but it’s very quiet and literally seconds from the highway. I even recommended this place to my mother who’s a local for a small getaway. Will stay again in the future.

Great little apartment, loved the privacy and security of being a gated complex. Very close to campus, so felt the neighborhood was also safe. We lacked nothing!

Next time a person pays in full do not wait until the day before to accommodate another client. If they wanted to rent a downstairs then they should of beat me too it first come first serve. You could at least asked me before you made the changes not just moving me. I am a paying customer new or not it was not fair to me that happened. I chose a bottom apartment because I have arthritis in my knees, you would of known if you would of took time out to ask but you just moved me to accommodate some tenants who probably previous purchased from you but that does not make me less because I am new. You never know why people choose what they choose so you just can not assume it is okay to just move a person. It was hard to have to go up and down all weekend like I had too we was there for the Boosie Bash. I have did Air-b-and b before and not like yours on supplies. I had to buy more tissue and something wash the dishes with. $529 is alot to be limited tissue, trash bags, & paper towels

Absolutely perfect! I can not say enough to convey how wonderful Ivannia’s home was and the serenity of the location on Three Rivers Island. Every detail in the home was immaculate and welcoming. Ivannia was an amazing host, with a super clean, comfortable and all-around adorable house. Our family has vacationed with AirBnB on numerous vacations and this is hands down our favorite spot of all time! We thoroughly enjoyed the golf cart experience riding across the bridges to get to our home for the week (reminded me of a low-key theme park ride). If you are looking for the total package to include an enchanted retreat, experience nature, the water, and friendly, hospitable neighbors this is the place to go. This was our paradise and gets our highest recommendation!

Spacious and quiet neighborhood. The freeway noise was tge only problem we noted. Cristian was great in that she was very proactive and responsive. All instructions and information binder were a plus.

John's place was great! Beautiful surroundings and felt right at home and safe. John was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Der Ort ist wirklich besonders. Jeden Morgen haben wir die schönen Kolibris von der Veranda beobachtet. Melinda hat an alles gedacht - die Ausstattung des Airbnbs war einwandfrei. Die Fahrt mit dem Golfcart hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht und die die Anwohner waren stets freundlich. Ich würde jedem einen Aufenthalt in the landing empfehlen.

Pros: Perfect location, near a lot of restaurants and outlets. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was very nice, well decorated and maintained. It is perfect for a home feeling away from home. The bedrooms were all nice sizes; all had TVs with Roku. I liked that the bathroom had that warming feature. Also, it was nice to be able to use the garage to park our rental. I also appreciated the nice touch with the welcome basket of goodies and the toiletries provided in the bathrooms. Regarding the host, she was very prompt to my inquiries and requests. Cons: Minor things like no hand towels so we had to use regular towels as all purpose. Missing a few essentials (be prepared): coffee mugs, oven mitts and kitchen towels. It was suggested that I could go to the local Dollar General. Those items aren’t expensive and for the cost of the stay??? Suggest covering for back full window door. Very tiny shower in the master bedroom. In a nutshell…Opportunity appreciated.

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable this condo was—it felt more like a home than a rental. Every room was thoughtfully decorated with stylish touches that gave the space a welcoming, modern vibe. The layout made it easy to relax, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I’ve already made a note to reserve it again for my next visit. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay once again! This was my second time staying at this property and it was just has impeccable as the first time. My friend said she wants to stay there everytime we are in the city. To add more greatness, upon checking in we had a problem with the TV upon, within in 2 minutes of me sending a message the host responded. Even after midnight, the host was prompt and courteous with their response. I highly suggest this property for your next stay.

Of all the airbnbs that I’ve stayed at in Baton Rouge this is one of my favorites. I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again when I’m back in the fall to visit my son.

Gabrielle is a superb host, very attentive to guest needs - responding rapidly to any requests for help e.g. in finding the ironing board. The house is compact but well equipped and beautifully presented - with lounge and kitchen-diner. The latter is perfectly formed, with good quality appliances, an island and separate table to suit a small group. The outside patio is tiled and very comfortable with soft seating around the entire perimeter. Great local restaurants and a good quality super market within 5 minutes walk makes it a very convenient location for a stay in Baton Rouge. Good road connections mean that you can easily reach any part of Baton Rouge quickly, by car. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to the next time.
