Hytta har også eget spabad som kan brukes av våre gjester. Perfekt base for en utforskende ferie i Vesterålen/Lofoten, eller bare for å være for seg selv og slappe av. Moderne rorbu, ny 2018, til leie på Ballstad. Utsikt til store deler av den kjente Lofotveggen. Fjellene med turstier rett utenfor døren. Den populære Hauklandstranda ligger ca 15 minutter fra rorbua. Leknes by, flyplass og hurtigruten i kort avstand til rorbua. Ønsker du å prøve lykken i den fiskerike Vestfjorden, er leie av båt mulig. I månedene jan-april pågår det kjente Lofotfisket, og du kan oppleve dette fisket på Ballstad, som er et av Lofotens største og livskraftige fiskevær.

Inneholder gang, bad, 1 soverom, stue og kjøkken. Liten privat uteplass. Parkering for 1 bil like ved inngangen. Eierne bor i hovedleiligheten i huset. Leiligheten ligger på Ørsnes, ca 9 km. fra byen Svolvær. Andre steder i nærheten: Kabelvåg 5 km. Henningsvær 15 km Harstad/Narvik lufthavn Evenes 174 km Å i Lofoten 120 km.

Welcome to a sanctuary by the sea in the middle of the Lofoten islands. The newly built cabin is placed nicely by the sea with beautiful views. Sleeps 6 people, includes a dining room, living room, sauna, and fully stocked kitchen, floor heating, great wifi and free electric car charger! Towels and sheets are included. It is situated a 10 minute drive from Leknes and the airport. This cabin is in the middle of a peaceful and quiet and private area with own parking and hiking close by.

Fantastiske turmuligheter rett utenfor døren, en tur i marken til fots eller kjøre ski i våre mektige fjell eller bare nyte utsikten utover havet, mulighetene er der. Ha base her hvis dere skal kjøre på ski, butikker å restauranter er 5 min unna i bil. Museum og akvariet ligger 2 km unna. Ha base her og kjøre rundt og nyt alt det flotte Lofoten har å by på av natur og matopplevelser.

Enjoy your stay in Lofoten in a fishermans cabin with everything you need. The cabin is new, modern, and lays right by the ocean and mountains. The cabin is equipped with everything you need, with a large, fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a living room with a beautiful view, 1,5 bathrooms with shower and washing machine, and a dining room with room for the whole family. Nice fireplace in the livingroom on the second floor.

House by the sea, beach, sauna

Holiday house (2015) for all year use next to the sea on the Hadsel island. Right by secluded beach facing spectacular mountains, perfect for hiking, fishing or just slow living under the midnight sun or northern lights. Wood-fired sauna (extra cost) and two small canoes (not in use autumn/winter) for guests. Several design classics from the 1960's and selected personal objects give the house a distinct look and atmosphere.
