Immaculate, like we were the first people to ever stay there. Bathroom is of impeccable high standard. Kitchen had all we needed for a 1 nighter. Can’t fault this: location ideal for access to all or Hanmers amenities. Perfect.

This a clean, spacious, and warm place to stay and it's right on the main road into town. would have liked to stay another night but it was all booked out.

Fiona was so welcoming and friendly. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous - just as in the photos. A really special and beautiful home in the most amazing location - literally across the road from the beach. The apartment was filled with welcoming and thoughtful gestures including Easter eggs and hot cross buns, as well as fruit, milk and bread (on top of a well-stocked pantry). Would highly recommend and would love to return.

We enjoyed our stay here so much, beautiful location and so easy to get to everywhere in any direction. The apartment was comfortable extremely clean and well Maintained. The pool was the icing on the cake. Only a few steps away so no excuses for not swimming. Loved the great shower, comfy bed and having enough storage space for our stuff. We were happy to be there for the month. Would definitely stay again

Erg fijne tijd gehad in het appartement. Erg schoon en leuk ingedeeld. De locatie is ook fijn, rustig en privé. Er wonen mensen boven, dus je hoort soms wat mensen lopen maar wij stoorden ons hier niet aan. Zeker een aanrader en goede uitval basis om de omgeving van Kaikoura te verkennen. Het ligt iets buiten het centrum (5 minuutjes met de auto) hierdoor geen last van de drukke straat en heeft een mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon!

We had such a great stay at Elizabeth’s Airbnb. Best Airbnb experience yet. The place was perfect for our family and friends and was very well equipped! Very stoked! We would totally stay there again.

The Cottage at Harrogate is the best place to stay when in Hanmer Springs. Its our favourite place and we try and book our stay there every year! Ryan and Ania keeps the place tidy, spotless and comfortable. It is home away from home—— with very cozy and functional! Their kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for our family of 6. And its just few minutes walk from all the restaurants and hot pools. Nothing more you can ask for! Ryan and Ania has been extremely helpful with flexible check in time and they even message me if we needed anything after our check in. I highly recommend their place. Thanks again Ryan and Ania! From start to finish, this experience surpassed all expectations. The property is stunning and sits nestled in a little slice of paradise. Every detail was thought of and nothing was out of place. A sublime stay. We will be back!

The house was simply fabulous. Not only was it clean and exceedingly well appointed, the kitchen was fully equipped. It allowed us to cook what we needed, with plenty of space to entertain. It also had a really good vibe, and we felt relaxed and at home. The setting with a view out to Mt Isabel was perfect, and a short distance to the centre of Hanmer. Eva, the host was prompt and proactive with her replies to our questions. We would have no hesitation to stay here again and would recommend to our friends.

Views from the cottage was superb. Cottage had a classic feel but happy that the shower / bathroom was kept clean and tidy. Extra bed was appreciated. Enough amenities. Comfy bed.

We loved our stay, the house was beautiful, warm and had everything we needed. We had a busy weekend in Kaikoura so only wished we could have been home more to enjoy the house. Christine checked we had everything we needed at check in and was very responsive to any questions we had. Hopefully we can stay again some time
