We loved staying at Hazel's apartment. It was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and so cozy with everything we needed. There are shops, bars and restaurants near by and the city centre is easy to get to, there are plenty of buses although we walked and it didn't take too long at all. Overall we had a fabulous time and would recommend this lovely place to anyone. We hope to come back again sometime soon😊

Jerome and Tracey's was just as described! It had everything we needed for our stay. Jerome and Tracey were very helpful with local recommendations and very accommodating for check in and check out if we would have needed it. It is walkable to a park and the Rumbling Bridge Gorge and was easy access for day trips. The grounds were beautiful. I would definitely stay at their place again and highly recommend it!

Simon's place is perfect if you need a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The apartment is spacious with comfortable bedding, making it a great place to relax. I stayed there over the Easter break with my two cats, who loved watching the view of the loch. You won’t even look on TV — the scenery outside the window, with seals, dolphins, and beautiful surroundings, is captivating. There are also plenty of great hiking spots nearby. Simon is a very kind and welcoming host.

Lovely apartment within a minutes walk into Leith Walk , which has fabulous local amenities as well as the tram and bus network to get you around the city . The apartment was so well equipped and much more than I expected . Very very clean , with hotel standard bedding and plentiful towels . Lovely little touches including coffee, a supply of herbs and spices in the kitchen if you were cooking , chilled water in the fridge , cleaning products , and my favourite Scottish Fine soap products in the bathroom! The apartment has a dishwasher, coffee machine , hairdryer , washing machine , tv . Everything has been well thought out to ensure you have a very comfortable stay, home from home . The apartment was quiet , warm and the how too guide was very helpful in navigating the heating etc. Pier was a very responsive and helpful host . All in all, brilliant , thank you

Great location just outside of grasmere - always a plus if you can set off on your walk from the doorstep

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was great for our needs (a family of 3) and within walking distance from the main road with the buses and the trams. Pier and Monica provided useful information and responded to all our messages. I would definitely stay again.

What a truly wonderful little place, there is so much to do for the kids and my two really did enjoy it! The apartment was absolutely stunning, spotless and also very spacious. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to book a trip away to the lakes be it with children or without. We will definitely be coming back!

Great short stay for a few days' break to explore Glasgow. An apartment of good size for three and with all comforts needed. Very centrally located, within easy walking distance of centre, mainline and subway stations, hence well connected for museums, University, Mackintosh House, etc. Many restaurants within a few mins. walk and late opening shops for all supplies needed. Would recommend.

Amazing stay for a 30th family celebration. The sun was shining so we spent most our time at the house on the terrace! Perfect location with the surrounding scenery. We had a slight issue with the hot tub room, due to previous guests. But this was quickly resolved! Can’t fault the hosts or the house. Would definitely love to return for another celebration in the future one day! Thanks again

What an amazing find. Stunning house. Incredible views (pics don’t do it justice btw) and really quite perfect. Extremely modern with simple instructions meant no faffing with appliances of thermostats. Perfect stay for us. Great hosts.

We stayed over at Caroline's home for a couple of days as a group of friends. The house was very tidy, spacious and located in a quiet and nice area. Caroline made us feel at home and left a few basic groceries for us which was very kind of her. She also checked in to make sure we were getting on okay and was readily available if we needed anything. I enjoyed my sleep in her home, the beds were very comfortable with soft beddings and pillows. The house also has a large garden outside which is so good if you just want to sit outside and enjoy some sunshine. I would definitely stay in this house again when I next visit Glasgow.

Lovely cottage in a perfectly idyllic setting tucked away 5 mins from all amenities in Ambleside. Very clean and well equipped and Catherine was very easy to deal with. Would be happy to return.

Great place to stay near scarfell pike and a beautiful location. Great house also plenty of space for the 12 lads who rented this place for a stag doo. would recommend

Absolutely beautiful place with stunning views from all windows. Really comfortable. There are many hill walks accessible starting from the house. The only sounds we heard were sheep and the birds singing.

A fantastic break in this beautiful spacious lodge ‘Screel View’ with amazing views - fog aside! We really appreciated the festive touches as well the unexpected welcome treats - thank you Barabara. We loved the location and the local area. We needed the car to get our elders out and about yet there were plenty of ‘from the door walks’ for me and my husband. Lovely cafe with views The Ark in Kippford. A wonderful stay. Great communication from booking through to departure. I knew I could get a speedy response to any enquiry. We stayed at Swallow's Loft, in the beautiful village of Far Sawrey, for 3 nights. We absolutely loved the area and Louise's place is ideally situated. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and cosy and Louise provided everything we could need. Louise was very friendly and messaged a few times to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The garden flat is spacious and beautiful, in a gorgeous area. It's a very peaceful space to relax. There are nice restaurants within walking distance and easy to get to train or the subway to different parts of Glasgow.

If you are a mountain biker looking for accommodation, Graham’s place is the best choice there is. Located right in the centre of Innerleithen, you can ride straight out the front door and enjoy the trails. The workshop comes with tools, cleaning equipment and locks that makes life so easy after a long day’s riding. The living spaces are clean, tidy and really comfortable. It really can’t be beaten.

Elizabeth was so helpful and friendly in all communication. The stay was last minute and she was so accommodating. They Bothy is a gorgeous space that has been well thought out and has everything you need for a cosy stay. We took our dog and the enclosed garden was amazing for her to run about in. Elizabeth also left her some poo bags and treats which was a really nice touch. Sitting on the comfy sofa with a glass of wine and the beautiful view was a great end to the day. Will definitely visit again for longer.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect (& even exceeded the description, which in itself was delightful). Absolutely spotless accommodation, well equipped with outstanding views of the surroundings Cumbrian Fells. Ideally located for access to Keswick Town Centre and environs. Our hosts (Ashley and Steve) were extremely attentive and friendly; and we are excited at the prospect of staying again at their lovely accommodation. Plenty of parking available & clear instructions on directions to the property. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

El alojamiento de Dorothy nos pareció excelente. Ubicación a 10 minutos a pie del Royal Mile. Sitio tranquilo y agradable. Limpieza, menaje y todo los servicios necesario excelente. La ducha perfecta y con todo lo necesario. La comunicación genial con Dorothy, sin problema para dejar el equipaje el día de vuelo de vuelta, en todo momento estuvo atenta a cualquier demanda. Sin duda lo recomiendo para pasar unos días en esta bonita ciudad. Muchas gracias por todo Dorothy.

Catherine’s place was lovely!! It was beautiful, private and with incredible surroundings. Catherine had breakfast ready for us for the next day and even offered earlier check in! Everything was prepared with such loving care and it made us feel at home. Local jam, fresh marmellate, crispy bread, tea, coffees, porridge, cereals it was so thoughtful! Gave plenty of local recommendations and on the last day her husband even gave us a lift to the nearby town to get a train! They went above and beyond and I would go back and recommend it in a heartbeat! If you’re looking for a city escape or just an immersion in nature, there is no better place out there!

I stayed at David’s place with my daughter and we were very impressed with the quality of furnishings and fittings plus the items available for our use. There was nothing that hadn’t been thought of. Although the apartment is on a busy road, there is no road noise inside the place and being near the road has the advantage of regular glider buses into town plus restaurants and takeaways nearby. There is a lovely private seating area outside the back door. We will certainly be back to stay
