Darija a été une hôte particulièrement disponible et de très bons conseils pour visiter au mieux la ville avec ses alentours. L’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé et situé à 15min à pieds de la vieille ville, 10 min en voiture des premières plages. Des places de parking disponibles et le quartier très paisible. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

What a lovely studio apartment. The location is great close enough to walk to the Old Town in about 5 minutes, and far enough away to feel peaceful. Also very close to a sand beach. The apartment is small, but as a solo traveller it was perfect for me. Small kitchen with a fridge, hob, microwave and all the utensils you could need. Comfortable double bed. And a glorious balcony with a table and chairs to sit and relax. Nikolina was a very attentive host, met me at the property and had left me some water, juice and a lovely bottle of Croatian white wine. If I ever return to Split, I would absolutely stay at this apartment again! Thanks Nikolina!

Excellent location for beaches and all activities. No car needed for everything in Omiš. Host Nataša was really excellent in comms at all stages, helped source taxis for us and very knowledgeable with lots of useful tips and things to do. Apartment clean, excellent internet, everything you needed. Thank you for a great short holiday.

Dorde est une personne agréable qui nous a très bien reçu. Logement impeccable et bien situé pour un séjour sans véhicule. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Wir haben 14 wunderbare ruhige und erholsame Tage auf Brac verbracht. Die Wohnung von Ana und Goran war dabei ein sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung der Insel zu dem wir Abends immer wieder sehr gerne zurückgekehrt sind. Im Vorfeld wurden wir von Ana und Goran mit sehr vielen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt ausgestattet, die wir aber nicht alle wahrnehmen konnten. Das hatte mehrere Gründe. Wir hatten für Mitte Oktober noch auf Strandwetter mit warmen Wasser gehofft und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Strände hatten wir dabei aufgrund der fortgeschrittenen Jahreszeit fast für uns allein. Diese Ruhe an den Stränden und das schöne Wetter haben wir sehr genossen. Kleiner Nachteil der Ruhe war allerdings, dass die Bars an den Stränden allesamt und auch viele Restaurants in den Orten bereits geschlossen waren. Es gab aber noch genügend Auswahl und dann hatten wir ja noch die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche von Ana und Goran. Der Vorort-Kontakt Gianni ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Really nice apartment, 10 minutes walk from one of the best beach clubs I found in Split, so, pretty convenient! We had some issues with the kitchen but Zdravka was so fast and efficient to answer that those issues were resolved super quickly! We are really happy with the time there and looking forward to come back one day! 😊

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Anamarija avec nos deux filles de 12 ans et 16 ans. Cette location vous laissera de bons souvenirs de votre séjour . La vue extérieure sur la mer est exceptionnelle. La piscine est située face à la mer. Des draps de bain étaient installés sur chaque transat à notre arrivée. L'appartement se situe au rez de chaussée de maison. Les hôtes habitent à l'étage de la maison mais Anamarija et sa famille sont très discrets. L'endroit est très calme. Les literies sont de bonne qualité. Pour les enfants il y a des jeux extérieurs mis à disposition. L'intérieur est un peu rustique mais vous profiterez surtout du cadre extérieur. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande cet endroit.Sandrine

Das absolute Highlight ist der Meerblick auf dem Balkon. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten mit Uber und einem Mietauto die Stadt in 10 min erreichen. Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Der Fußläufige Strand ist aufgrund einer Baustelle gesperrt, müsste aber bald wieder öffnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

The apartment was exactly as described, with a beautiful view. There’s no need for a car since the bus stops are conveniently close. There are no cons to mention – the apartment is priced as it should be. The small selection of books provided was surprisingly interesting.

L'appartamento era spazioso e pulitissimo, con una piccola terrazza che ci regalava una Vista mozzafiato sulla città! Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

This is a lovely, well kept property. The swimming pool is a good size and we really enjoyed that, along with the al Fresco kitchen and barbecue. The place was all particularly clean on arrival and was easy to find. The location is good with the waterfront at Kastel Stari being a few minutes drive down the hill. Being next to the train line is no issue trains are quite infrequent and didn't disturb us at all.

An awesome villa - great size, spacious living areas, a gym and games room downstairs and a large pool. We loved it. Although it’s a fair distance away from the centre of Split getting an Uber was very easy and cost about €26. Darko was brilliant, very attentive and brought round food which was incredibly generous and exceptionally well made. We loved our time there

We loved the place and the hosts were very helpful, even arranging transport from airport. The view and pool were amazing. We did not cook. Walk to town is short, but steep - maybe 10-15 minutes. Only downside is it’s right under the flight path for arrivals to Split. This is true for a lot of Trogir.

It’s a beautiful house with good location. It’s located in a quiet area with lots of trees and fantastic sea views. We had a nice time in this house. Btw, Borna is very nice and always helps us to solve problems in time.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Tissa. Damir and his wife were so welcoming and helpful and the villa was spotless. The pool was lovely and warm enough to swim in even in April on windier days. We loved the sauna, pool, hot tub and ping pong table. The villa is split in three self containing apartments which is great if you have separate groups or older children who like independence. There is so much to do in the area and the supermarkets and airport are a short drive away. We would absolutely recommend you book this villa and I am sure we will be back too!

Beautiful clean house. Around 25 minutes to the centre of Split. Host was good and was quick with responses to any questions I had throughout stay however did not greet us to show the place around. The outdoor dining space is lovely and we spent most of our evenings there.

We had the most amazing holiday at the Villa. Firstly, the welcome from Tina was outstanding. She brought cold meats and cheese, beer and cold drinks for us and showed us round the Villa. She then popped in with the best homemade cheese and cake we’ve ever tasted! The service was remarkable and nothing that we have experienced before. The Villa is wonderful. The pool even better and outside eating area and BBQ made our family holiday. It was nice to be on the outskirts of Split as the city is very busy and to come home and see the mountains from your garden was fantastic. It was peaceful and thankfully the neighbours didn’t seem to mind the fun and games we had in the pool during the day. We hired a car which I would suggest is needed to get around easily. There are local supermarkets very near (Lidl) which we visited very often. All very good value and wine is super cheap! There really aren’t enough positive words to describe this villa and Tina. We would return in a heartbeat 💗
