We stayed here for Week 1 of Coachella and the location was perfect. The AC and fans were so nice considering how hot it was outside, spacious for being a 1 bedroom, and the bed was extremely comfy. Location wise it took us only 10 minutes to get to the festival. Food & shopping was a 5 minute walk right across the street that had great restaurants and cafes for morning coffee & breakfast. Alex was super flexible & responsive with us when requesting an early check in. Thank you guys we really appreciate it!

From the kitchenette, to the bathroom, to the laundry space, to the bed area, to the porch table and pool, everything is master planned for perfection. Ingrid's attention to detail transforms a cozy space into an understated yet extremely luxurious experience. Hand crafted soap, scented oils, complimentary domestic supplies, wines glasses, a smoking area, and spa-like amenities really make this location a gem in the region. I would recommend Ingrid's place to singles, couples, or a small family with one child, as it is on the smaller side, but it beats any 3-star hotel and easily rivals a 4-star experience. It is truly equivalent to a 5-star experience and superior to most places in Victor Valley.

We stayed here for our Coachella trip and boy was it awesome! This place is so beautiful and the perfect location. Private and lots of space. The apartment is in perfect condition and everything was very clean. The washer and dryer is so good and having the big balcony out back is an awesome touch. We would definitely stay here again and are looking forward to coming back 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spot. My daughter, partner and I loved the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table and the rest of the elegant yard with a stunning view of San Jacinto Mountains. At night, we enjoyed the fire pit while looking at the night sky. The kitchen was very well stocked with all manner of gadgets and we enjoyed cooking and grilling nearly all of our meals. Shane communicated very clearly and promptly addressed a small maintenance issue that came up. Highly recommend!

Such a great stay! Was SO nice and peaceful and such a cute area in Irvine to stay in! The bed was amazing and probably the comfiest one I’ve ever slept in! Would recommend this place to anyone and will 100% be staying here again! All the hosts were so communicative and sweet! Loved it!

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

This apartment was exactly what I needed. It had all the amenities to make my stay comfortable, and its location was unbeatable—close to everything! I especially loved walking around the neighborhood, which was super charming and full of character. The apartment itself was cozy and well-maintained, and working with the management company was seamless from start to finish. We had a great family weekend at Micheal’s place. Micheal was a great host and communicated very well. The house was beautiful and felt cozy but was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. Also loved the proximity to Pioneertown and the Restaurants and shops in town.

We stayed for Coachella weekend. The house was very close to the shuttle stop at Albertsons. The pool was fantastic on a hot day. The house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying for your trip! The host was quick to respond to questions and the house had everything we needed.

We loved our stay at The Blu in Palm Springs. My family of 6 had plenty of space and we all enjoyed the gorgeous pool and lounge chairs. The mid-century vibe was super fun. Thanks for an amazing stay, we will be back!

Great place to stay when visiting the Joshua Tree area. Just a few minutes from the west entrance to the National park, and only about 20 minutes from the 29 Palms entrance. This made it very easy to visit Joshua Tree in both the morning and evening. The house is nice and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family of 4. The ping pong table is a fun touch. The yard is beautiful and I enjoyed stargazing at night. There were a lot of food options in the area for if you wanted to eat out or eat in. The hosts were easy to communicate with as well.

The property was beautiful, comfortable, and just as descried in the listing. The outdoor space was fantastic, leading us to spend several hours per day outside in the pool and/or hot tub. The interior was comfortable and clean, with plenty of amenities to enhance the stay. Kylee was extremely responsive, and went above and beyond whenever we reached out. Would absolutely recommend this property to families who want to split time between in exploring the Palm Springs area and relaxing together poolside.

Beautiful home. Very spacious. Very clean and we loved the ping pong table. Pool and spa were very nice. It was a quick trip for us, would have loved to enjoy the pool and BBQ more. Would definitely recommend! Frank was a great host, clear instructions and very responsive.

This home was serene, spectacularly clean, and incredibly stocked with paper goods, cleaning supplies, and recreational goodies (like yoga mats, coolers, insulated mugs). What a joy! Very convenient for stagecoach/Coachella shuttle, pick up and away from crowds, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The place was very cute and clean. Perfect for 2 to 4 people.
