Our condominium was built in 2020 and are located in downtown Bar Harbor. The condos are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is one off street parking space allotted which is rare in downtown Bar Harbor. There is a shared laundry room and excellent wifi also. *****Please consider getting travel insurance when making your reservation, this is a small property, and how we make our living, Airbnb does offer it and unfortunately situations do come up.

2nd floor luxury apartment in downtown Bar Harbor. The unit offers upscale materials, lots of light and space and views to the southwest of Cadillac mountain. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and granite counter tops. New mini-split heat pump with AC. Hardwood floors throughout, plus a stackable washer/ dryer laundry with a linen closet. The tiled bathroom has a glass door shower. Flat screen televisions in the living room and bedroom. Located in a quiet residential area, with two off street parking spots this is the perfect place to relax after a full day exploring the outdoors or enjoying downtown.

The Arthaus, an eclectic retreat for two

Located on Mount Desert Islands, "Quietside". The cottage features high ceilings and an open floor plan, with a small deck looking into the woods The walls are decorated with original art work by the owner. Our location is central to the island, situated just outside the village of Somesville; 15 minutes to Bar Harbor, 10 minutes to Southwest Harbor by car. Hiking and swimming opportunities are just 5 minutes away by car. The Arthaus is not suitable for pets, despite our love for them.

Lillebo

Lillebo is set near the end of a dead end road with a five minute walk yielding views over Frenchman's bay with Sorrento in the near view and Winter Harbor and Bar Harbor in the long view. This homey house is set about 200 feet from the road with no neighbors in direct view. There’s a screen porch on one end of the house and a garage on the other. In the garage there is a ping pong table, corn hole, darts and bikes. There are three adult bikes, one youth bike and one kids bike.
