Alquiler de alojamientos para vacaciones con chimenea en Bastia Umbra

Ho trascorso qualche giorno nella casa di Gabriele insieme alla mia famiglia (4 adulti e 2 bambini). Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole, l'appartamento corrisponde alle foto, è completo di tutto e molto pulito. Saragano è un posto magico immerso nelle colline dell'Umbria e centrale rispetto alle principali mete. Data la posizione, è indispensabile l'automobile per gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente!

La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli ed è veramente splendida in ogni suo aspetto! Non c'è dettaglio che non sia pensato, è una sistemazione davvero perfetta per tre persone. All'interno del salotto è presente anche la televisione, che non era indicata tra i servizi. Il camino, il biliardo, la vista sulla vallata hanno reso il nostro soggiorno unico. Speriamo di poter tornare al più presto.

È stato un gran bel soggiorno alla casetta Sant’ Angelica! Roberto è un ottimo host, gentile, disponibile e molto simpatico. Abbiamo trovato la casa comoda per noi 4 adulti con 3 pelosi, materassi comodi, cucina attrezzata, doccia perfetta e piscina molto utile. Nonostante il terreno sia in pendenza non ci ha creato difficoltà per le nostre serate all’aperto e i pelosi erano in totale libertà essendo la proprietà completamente recintata. Torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo passato un we fra amiche in questa casa dotata di tutti i confort necessari per passare del tempo lontano dal caos quotidiano. L'host è stata molto disponibile e ci ha fornito via telefono le indicazioni per raggiungere la casa, che si sono rivelate molto chiare. La casa corrispondeva in pieno a quanto descritto sul sito e abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Daiana helped us out with a last minute booking and was extremely responsive throughout the process!

Très bel espace composé de plusieurs chambres, une grande cuisine et un salon - salle à manger séparés. Espace mi-enterré, particulièrement adapté pour les mois chauds. Place de stationnement privée devant le logement. Appartement mieux équipé (équipement de cuisine et vaisselle) que tout ce que nous avons vu auparavant et même que ce que nous avons chez nous ! Très bonne literie. En saison froide, chauffage des chambres (et indirectement de la cuisine) avec la ventilation / climatisation, et du salon avec un four à pellets automatique). Rien à dire de négatif.

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

We absolutely loved the apartment. Very centrally located, near the ferry docking and everything else. Yes, one does have to go up and down 3 short flights of stairs but it’s so worth it! Super, super equipped with everything you need and more. Very well equipped! So sweet of Margherita and Graziella to provide extra provisions and treats! Not many Airbnbs we’ve been to were that generous. We really appreciated everything. Comfy bed, cozy feel and clean. Slight sewage smell in the bathroom but we attributed that to the old building & Jo bathroom fan to vent. I was so happy to be able to use my French to talk with Margherita at check in. Margherita was very friendly and attentive, explaining everything for us. The best gelato we had so far on this trip is @ the Tropical Gelateria to the right of the apartment building as you exit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment. Thank you so much Margherita & Graziella for sharing the place with us.

Wir waren eine Woche bei Valentina, es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Der Landschaftspark mit dem Pool war ein Traum. Die Geschmackvolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung lag privat vor blicken geschützt. Alles war vorhanden. Wir haben gute Unterstützung und Informationen bekommen im Vorfeld und während des Urlaubs. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar.Die Minimetro in Perugia und die Barrierefreiheit dort können auch Menschen nutzen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind.

So pleased with our choice to stay here. After long days of site seeing, it was so nice to come back to our little paradise away from it all. The house is exactly like the pictures and what was represented in the details. The property is lovely, wishing we were able to use the beautiful deck and outside areas but was still chilly at night. The fireplace made up for it though. The beds were both very comfortable, the kitchen had everything, and the bathroom was wonderful. It couldn't have been more perfect. Cristina was a lovely host. She left us alone unless we needed her and had a quick response whenever we had a quick question. We were sad we had to leave. We definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking to have a go home feeling after a long day, and getting away from the crowds. Such a nice place to unwind. We will be back, so much more to see and this place is a great central location to the greater Umbria area. Thank you, Cristina!

Il nostro arrivo a Gaifana è stato come un affettuoso abbraccio di un'amica che non vedeva l'ora di vederti Ad accoglierci la mamma di Antonella,dolcissima e premurosa solo come una nonna sa fare...coccolati,come nipotini,ci ha rinfrescati e offerto un caffè dopo un lungo viaggio notturno coi nostri bimbi..Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa Nonostante qualche piccolo intoppo della piscina,presto risolto da Antonella e il suo compagno,ci siamo fermati la settimana dopo ferragosto La casa è funzionale ed è molto fresca grazie alla muratura molto spessa.Unico neo il bagno,purtroppo per ottimizzare lo spazio è stato ridotto,wc e lavello in un piccolo vano e doccia in un altro, un pò ricorda i bagni francesi senza bidè Ma tutto passa in secondo piano quando arrivi a casa di Antonella,dopo una giornata trascorsa tra borghi ed eccellenze sotto il sole e spegni la calura tuffandoti in totale privacy nella sua piscina Se vuoi rigenerare spirito e corpo questo è il posto perfetto.

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful hill top town. The Airbnb is super cosy and finished to a great standard, comfy bed, big bathroom, good cooking equipment, great heating and amenities and most of all beautiful views from bedroom and silent nights sleep. Don’t miss the chance to stay if planning a visit to Spello!

A short while ago, we (4 adults of the same family) stayed in this house. It is located nearby lake Trashmeno and you can have a great view from the house. The traditional house is surrounded with a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. The house is specious, a big living room and a well equipped kitchen. It is clean. Above all, The hosts Sheetal and Vittorio are super helpful. They waited us at the door steps, gave us all the detailed information about What to do, Where to eat & drink, supermarket, etc. and also helped us to make a restaurant reservation. They responded to our questions throughout with detailed information and links. They are the best hosts to us. Sheetal and Vittorio, many thanks. If we could, we'd like to spend our holiday here again. It is highly recommended.

Superbe emplacement en hauteur de la campagne et des collines d’Ombrie. Vues magnifiques depuis la maison et le jardin. Équipement parfait et les 2 maisons permettent de séparer les adultes des plus jeunes ce qui a participé au déroulement très agréable des vacances familiales.

Non abbiamo visto Claudia di persona però abbiamo incontrato Stefano ( suocero) gentilissimo sempre pronto ad ogni richiesta , casolare fantastico piano terra con patio con griglia e dentro con camino con abbondante legna da ardere, tutto in ordine e pulizia anche utensili e biancheria !!! Consiglio vivamente questo posto

Quello di Cristiana non è un semplice alloggio, è un gioiello. Incastonato nella zona del Bosco Sacro, permette di interiorizzare la pace del luogo. Saranno il sole rosso del tramonto che si infila tra i rami, le giunchiglie spontanee o i rumori della natura attorno, è impossibile non portarsi questo posto nel cuore. Cristiana è semplicemente deliziosa, disponibile e accogliente, cercando di esaudire ogni curiosità o richiesta degli ospiti. Lo chalet è magico sul serio: un ambiente intimo, romantico e caldo. Un posto assolutamente da visitare o, meglio ancora, un posto in cui perdersi lasciando alle spalle tutto il resto!

Villa Scarponi ci ha stupito con la sua atmosfera calorosa, e accogliente come se fosse casa. Un oasi di pace al contatto con la natura, la casa pulitissima e Chiara è sempre stata vicina a noi con ottimi consigli. Se la vita ci riporterà in Umbria ci ritorneremo sicuramente. 🥰

Absolutely wonderful space for our five days in Tuscany with four adults and two toddlers. It was too cold for the pool to be open but we used the heated tub a couple days. Heads up about the tub- it took 1-2 days to fully heat up bc it is heated by building a fire. Then once it heated up it was wayyy too hot, so then it took a day to fully cool down to be safe for humans. It was a fun adventure to figure out!! There was so much space for the kiddos to explore and play in. The view is breathtaking. You are far enough from the towns to feel like you can completely relax but also close enough to do day trips to nearby towns. Heavenly week! There’s a cute farmers market on Friday mornings in paciano where there’s a cheese stand that had the most incredible cheeses! Leslie the point of contact person was super responsive and welcoming. The wind slammed the door shut one morning which locked us out but Leslie acted quickly and was able to get us back in remarkably fast! Best week ever!

Wij hebben absoluut genoten van ons verblijf! De weg ernaartoe is inderdaad een uitdaging, zoals correct aangegeven in de advertentie. Wij hebben geen 4x4, wel een hogere auto, en namen de langere route naar de woning. Dat kostte ons wat extra tijd bij elke verplaatsing, maar dat hadden we er voor over. De rust en het uitzicht zijn namelijk onbetaalbaar. Het huisje is voldoende goed uitgerust, wij hebben niks gemist. Ook was er geweldige service inbegrepen: middenin ons verblijf werd de woning voor ons gepoetst en kregen we verse lakens en handdoeken. Ook wordt het zwembad 2 keer per week schoongemaakt en bijgevuld. Voor elke vraag was manager Matteo vlot bereikbaar. Wat ons betreft, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Nicokai war einer der besten Hosts, die ich bisher hatte. Er war stets erreichbar und hat sich bei Problemen sofort gekümmert (z.B. war der Pool nach einem Unwetter voll mit Blättern und Insekten, worauf er direkt auf Rückfrage eine Poolreinigung veranlasst hat). Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön und wir haben uns mit unserer 6 köpfigen Gruppe sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist auch gegeben, wenn auch rund 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, war der Supermarkt perfekt ausgestattet und Preis-Leistungstechnisch sehr gut aufgestellt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen - eine klare Empfehlung!
