It’s a small but cozy room. Quiet and about ten minutes out from the city. Their instructions on how to find the place were very accurate. There’s enough sound proofing that other guests in separate units will not bother you throughout the day. Water pressure is fantastic. Ryan was very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at Alwin’s Airbnb. It was nice and cozy. Everything that we would need for a several days stay was provided. Everything was clean and looked new. Highly recommend.

The place was amazing , everything was clean , spotless , nice clean restroom and comfortable bed as well as comfortable couches . Awesome location . And Boris was awesome and always checking on me . He was very helpful throughout my stay and a great host . I recommend this place for sure I would stay here 100 times

This apartment was perfect for our time in Texas! It was near family and quiet. It really helped to have it as a home base as we explored the areas around Austin. Obed was extremely responsive and a great host - we absolutely would stay here again.

I have to go to Bastrop at least once a year for my daughter‘s dance competitions. Olga was a fabulous host with an immaculate home. The house had everything we could possibly need. It was clean and so comfortable. The location was wonderful, and the neighbors were great! We will definitely be staying here again! The host is very responsive and very generous. She even left snacks and drinks for us.

This is a lovely somewhat secluded place away from the city. The view in the morning with the surrounding trees is especially beautiful. The inside of the home is spacious and well maintained. We loved going out into large patio area with coffee early in the morning and watching the sun rise, or having our evening meals in the nice Spring weather. One morning we were able to see a deer roaming around. Combined with the cool atmosphere and nature setting, it gives a sense of peace and calmness. **Note: For those of you who are not morning people, be sure to bring earplugs to bed as there are roosters nearby that wake with the morning sun.

My daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday with a few friends and they had a blast at Amandas place. The neighborhood is quiet and also very nice. Her house was AMAZING! Bed was super comfortable! 10/10 , I do recommend!!

This home was beautiful with an amazing view above the tree tops looking down over the river. Great balcony space and windows to enjoy the view. We had a girls weekend, but it would be perfect for a romantic getaway as well. Host very proactive in providing directions, check in and check out info.

The house made our trip comfortable, convenient, safe & overall a wonderful experience. We felt very much at home and all felt peaceful and very safe! Will be booking again when I visit Austin!

This was our 2nd stay at the lovely little red cabin and it was fantastic again! Very peaceful, great location, and easy check in/out, even when we needed to extend a day. Great hosts!

Our stay in Austin was great. The communication with the owner was very good. She was quick to respond and very helpful when I had questions about her place. We came to town to be at the Circuit of the Americas and the location was good. The house was clean and we felt like we were at home. The beds were very comfortable and the living space was comfortable too. I will say we found everything we needed in the kitchen, although we had brought coffee grounds and not k-cups. There is a keurig maker and a percolator, which is what we ended up using. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Me and a few friends came down to compete in an Amateur National Championship Disc Golf Tournament … this met our needs perfectly. Bien was super responsive and friendly.

This house was amazing. We had a wedding in Bastrop and this location was very convenient for wedding venue. Many beds. Big living room space. Kitchen is beautiful. Naseem is very responsive which made everything very easy. Thank you!

This is a very special place, a hidden gem nestled in the trees in a very rural neighborhood in Bastrop/Cedar Creek. The canopy of trees overhead gives a lovely respite from the hot sun and opportunity to see lots of wildlife including squirrels, cardinals, hawks, and armadillos. Come, relax and get away from it all. Bastrop is only 10 minutes away for shopping, restaurants, gyms and bars, etc. And there is food delivery and Uber/Lyft there. Austin is a good distance away- physically and metaphorically. We had an absolutely lovely stay.

We were in Bastrop for a wedding and opted for this place versus the hotel where the rest of the family stayed. We definitely made a good decision. The condo is in a great location and we walked around and explored downtown Bastrop without having to get in the car. Know that if you’re going for walkable/convenient, there’s going to be some noise. We found the provided white noise machine to be very helpful but if you’re super sensitive to sounds at night, you may want to bring some earplugs. Great place and we would stay again if in the area!

This is my second time to stay in unit C, which has an incredible wraparound balcony that overlooks the river bridge. The custom metal sculptural railing tells the history of Bastrop. Naseem’s family did an incredible job with restoration of the historical building and decoration of the units with a beautiful mix of antiques with modern furnishings. It is walkable to some of the best food, music, artisans and a really amazing bookstore! I’m glad Bastrop has rebounded from the COVID shutdown. We’ll be back!
