We had an amazing time at this cute apartment. The local food and atmosphere was so welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I needed a place to stay due to a family emergency, and Donna was extremely responsive when we contacted her with questions about the home. I was very impressed with her communication throughout our stay. The house was perfect for what we needed and we felt at home as soon as we walked in. The location was perfect. The house is on a quiet street, there are sweet little chickens in the back yard, and the dog run for our 2 pups was fantastic. We were very lucky to find this dog friendly place. Donna even offered to walk or feed our dogs for us if we couldn't get back from the hospital/my relative's home in time. The beds are comfortable, but they are a little small. I believe one of the rooms has a twin and the other two rooms have full size (maybe double?) but it worked for our two nights. Donna left us a few farm fresh eggs, fresh flowers, and fresh baked cookies and we felt very comforted by all of that. Donna is an EXCELLENT host.

My daughter and I were seeking a basecamp to explore nearby colleges but also had one day where we needed to connect to our computers for work. We slept well, had peaceful morning walks in the neighborhood, took advantage of the sunshine on the lovely deck, and enjoyed making meals in the kitchen that had more than all the essentials.

Deborah’s apt was just what I needed - quiet, private, safe, easy access, close to campus. Beautiful view into the woods and all amenities were as described. Great communication and Deborah even left some orange juice, eggs, fresh bread, and jam in the fridge!

231 Main Street in Northampton is perfectly located in downtown. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need and more. What a wonderful part of town. The 4 of us had an amazing night filled with food, fun, music, and laughter. We will be back. An amazing night. And our daughters made nationals for ultimate frisbee for the university of Vermont.

We (6 adults) loved our stay at Jeff’s house! The house itself is a beautiful Victorian, full of interesting architectural features and a great mix of both antique and more contemporary furnishings. The spacious living room was the perfect hang-out/game space; the bedrooms were also all large, with comfortable beds; and the kitchen was very well equipped and had plenty of seating for group meals. And Jeff was a great host – easy to communicate with and fun to chat with as well. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more!

Our work crew said that they found Bob's place full of old-world charm while also providing all the modern necessities. If you're looking for a hip TikTok hang, this may not be the place for you, but if what you want is a clean, comfortable home for relaxing or remote work, Bob's place is highly recommended. It was a welcome respite from long workdays. Bob was easy to work with and the photos are an accurate presentation of the space. Bob even made sure the drive and walk areas were snow and ice free during their stay. Thanks Bob!

This was one of the best places we have stayed. The house was so well stocked with spices and all the things you may need. The furniture and beds were in excellent condition. Sahra and Richard were amazing and kind. They went out of their way to welcome us and my sister who was ill leaving a basket of goodies. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for two nights in January and had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our group (a family of 5, a family of 3, and a couple). We all had our own spaces and own bathrooms, with spacious common areas to hang out together. Adam was a great host who was very helpful, responsive, and up-front about everything. We look forward to staying again - maybe in the summer months next time so we can enjoy the lake as well.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was extremely clean! There were basic necessities provided. It also had a cute, fashionable interior design. The shower and bedrooms were nice. We liked the layout of this property. Our only issue was that either the heater in the master bedroom wasn't working, or we couldn't figure out how to use it.

Edson was extremely proactive with his communication. The place was very clean and the amenities made this home away from home a great stay. Highly recommend checking out Edson’s spot!

My friend and I had a lovely two-night stay at Julie's place. The house is the perfect retreat—peaceful, cozy, and beautifully located. We especially enjoyed the evenings by the wood-burning stove and long, leisurely breakfasts on the porch while listening to the river. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with high-quality pillows and bedding—we both slept so well! I would definitely love to come back someday with my husband to enjoy the peace and quiet, as well as everything else the Berkshires has to offer. This is that one-of-a-kind place. Nestled in the woods, unusually designed and arranged house that makes for a unique experience. Plus, Joseph is a most interesting and engaging host. We're so glad we found it.

Sheryl was great. I was in town for a conference and my schedule got thrown off by traffic on 95. She was very understanding and flexible with making my arrival time work. Once we met to get keys and a quick tour of the place she remained a phone call away but otherwise left us to enjoy the space. The other inhabitants of the place were very laid back and nice - that being said I was so busy with a conference that I was barely around. Not the Ritz but a HUGE savings over staying at any hotel downtown even if it's not right downtown. Splurge on some cabs and you are still saving money.

Superhost ! Was so accommodating to get us in last minute since our other Airbnb didn’t work out. He was so responsive and helpful with the snow storm as well ! We were so glad to have found this gem and have such a gracious host. The location is perfect and walkable to all the restaurants and markets. Also 15 mins away from Berkshire East ! This was a great find and we are thankful for it !

Ashley has a great place!! It was a fantastic place to visit with my friends and reminisce. Weirdly, this rental turns out to be the place my great grandparents lived and did business as my grandma grew up. I did not have any ghostly contact with my relatives in the apartment (I was kind of hoping and not hoping to see them 😂), but I still had such a meaningful time sitting in the spaces they did so many years ago. Ashley is an excellent host and I will come here again next time I “come home”. 😊

I had the pleasure of staying at the place owned by Gladys, and it was an unforgettable experience. When I arrived late at night, Gladys came to ensure my comfort and make me feel welcome. She greeted me warmly and even provided a snack, which was a thoughtful touch after a long journey. I was staying at Gladys's place because of my research internship at UMass, and her hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. She genuinely cared about my comfort and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the most memorable gestures was when she brought a Christmas tree to the apartment, adding a festive and cozy touch to the space. The apartment itself was exactly as described. Everything including the kitchen was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and well-maintained. What truly set this accommodation apart was the personal touch that Gladys brought to the experience. Her warmth and hospitality made me feel like more than just a guest; I felt like a valued friend.
