Well thought out accommodation with lovely views of the sea. The grounds were very well kept and the beach was raked and cleaned twice during our five day stay. There are two kayaks onsite as well as two paddle boards which were great fun to use. It’s a very quiet location and you will need your own transport to get around. We enjoyed evening walks along the back roads and we were very sorry that we had forgotten our binoculars as the bird life was abundant. We will definitely stay again.

Carolyn’s Airbnb is definitely my home away from home. I plan my visits now to when her unit is available. Everything is always above and beyond, everyone is so friendly and makes you feel right at home. I enjoy staying at her units.

Lovely apartment on the beach. The location was perfect, bars, restaurants, shop & pharmacy close by. It was spacious, clean and tidy. The kitchen is well stocked, the outside areas were comfortable

Great place for our family and extended family to stay! It was super nice for every room to have its own bathroom, and the place is gorgeous and comfortable. It was also really nice to be within walking distance to so many things. We only grabbed a taxi back from the grocery store once because we bought some heavy items.

We are giving them 100 plus percent. A great place to stay very kind and helpful. Nicole was so very nice. They had 5 gallons of clean water, which was a wonderful little perk! They had a wonderful air conditioning split unit that worked well.The bed was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels. A washer and dryer that worked great. Great shower, sink, dishes and silverware for 2 people and cups for 4, coffee maker with coffee and hot chocolate available for us. They had a lovely Love seat and TV we could watch. The area is country area so it feels very safe and there are plenty of roosters around the whole area so remember to bring earplugs. We felt that we had a very comfortable stay and would return and stay there again. Important note*There aren't really addresses so remember that they are the Purple house with a bright light that lights up the street.

The apartment was perfect for me and hubby. It was large enough for us to have our space and the anemitites inside the apartment were great. My fav was the bed...OMG SO COMFORTABLE! The apartment was so clean and the washer and dryer was a plus. Coconuts Caribe was in a perfect location and within minutes getting downtown or anywhere around the island and there are plenty of eateries to chose from nearby( Elvi's; Carambas; Sandy Toes; Truck Stop to name a few). Our favorite food truck at the Truck Stop was Asian option. If you like gambling there are a few casinos Palm casino (across from Elvi's) but our fav was Caribi Bleu. We enjoyed our time so much we booked an extra day. Big Ups to Giovanni!!!!who was always helpful and provided great recommendations and directions where we needed to go.

We liked everything about the Renaissance. The suite was spacious, rooms were cozy and stunning view from the outside balcony. The hotel was very secure and safe environment.

Great accommodations (newly built) friendly staff, easy to find, center of it all! The beds are soft and comfortable. Definitely going to rebook. My group was a group of 4px - totally worth it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Jackie's place was perfect for our group! We had a team of 9 doing humanitarian work in Belmopan and it was great to have the washer and dryer and kitchen to use after a full day's work. The place was clean and Jackie was very accomodating! We will definitely stay here again!

As beautiful and peaceful as we were hoping! Such a great setting, very easy to find and super central to both Maya Beach and just a 20-min drive to Placencia. Publics grocery is 8-min drive south, and loads of close restaurants. We used the kayaks and even fished in them across the lagoon. Star gazed at night from the dock, and cooked in the fully equipped and stocked kitchen. Herbert provided absolutely anything you could ever need and then some. Seriously, not just sun block and bug spray, but like 3 kinds. Numerous different towels and beach towels, umbrellas, spices and oils/marinades in the kitchen, not only kayaks and bikes, but a fishing pole and net, multiple sizes life jacket, super strong WiFi, you name it. Great bathroom with big tub and strong water pressure. Sitting on the deck listening to the lagoon was mesmerizing. Obviously a lot of planning went into the thoughtful details and we absolutely loved our stay. Thank you Herbert!

Rum Point is the perfect chill vacation spot for the whole family with a beautiful well laid out house with tons of room, a great pool and access to the beach. Martin and the team at Rum Point and Turtle Inn are really great, knowledgeable and the perfect hosts. But the real hosts of this place are the dogs that live at Rum Point and make it feel like home. We all fell in love with the dogs. The activities we booked through Turtle Inn included incredible hikes, zip lines, rafting, horseback riding, Mayan ruins, great fishing and a wild cave / water adventure. We loved this beautiful, clean and relaxing place.

The house was beautiful and the service from Marilyn our concierge was wonderful. She responded to our texts in 1-2 minutes! She was there to collect us at the airport, and she arranged our entire vacation. She was wonderful. I didn’t realize we needed to take a boat to San Pedro. It was a 2 minute ride with Senal our captain, and 2 round trips were included daily at no charge. Senal was great! He was on site every morning cleaning the pool, and he was there to ferry us back and forth whenever we requested. Our dryer blew a belt while we were there and Senal had it fixed by the next day. He took our wet laundry to another home and put it in the dryer for us…amazing! We had several meals prepared at our villa which we arranged thru Cellina which were great. The restaurant, Coconuts, is on site and we had several wonderful meals there. Our meals were prepared and served by August and another lady, and they were so friendly, and the food and service were top notch!I highly recommend !

This place is magical. It's beautifully decorated with the blues and greens of the sea. The photos are a great guide, and it's even better than it looks in them. The windows in the master bedroom facing the sunset are glorious - there are only palm trees between you and the sea. There are two balconies, both with a really fun selection of hammocks and really comfortable chairs, swing seats and even swing beds. Perfectly positioned for watching the sunset, and with outdoor plugs so you can plug in a fan if it's too hot. The other rooms are also gorgeous and full of character, with really comfortable beds. Also - beautiful bathrooms! And a well-equipped kitchen. Although the property is close to bars and the Split, the island shuts down early on weekdays - everything was quiet by 8.30/9. The Saturday we were there was a bit noisier with people partying at the swimming spot outside the house, but on the whole we found it a really peaceful location.

Michelle and Krystal are very kind and welcoming hosts. The AirBnB listing was quite comfortable felt and just like home from day 1. I’m grateful for my great experience in Belize thanks to them!

Fantastic large house that was very clean! Looked just like the pictures and was so much room for a family of four. The pool was amazing, the air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great, the welcome snacks were much appreciated along with the recommendations for local restaurants. The entire property felt very safe. Terry was great to work with and always communicated quickly! We took two tours with their tour company, Cayo Inland Expeditions. The ATM cave and Tikal tours were great and the drivers and tour guides very friendly. They picked us up from the house for both tours making it super easy. The washer and dryer at the house made dealing with the dirty clothes from the ATM cave so simple! Would definitely recommend staying at Terry's Place and taking a tour or two with their company.

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

Perfect place for 2 couples and centrally located. The pool ended up being a perfect cool down and we even used the grill on a day when our dives were canceled due to windy conditions. The apartment was also pretty spacious and Yunior was always very responsive.

Spacious villa in prime location! It was a delight to be on the top level unit right on the beach! Jo-Anne and Jenniffer were very helpful leading up to the stay. The management company team on the premises was extremely responsive— everyone was very gracious and accommodating. The whole unit was beautifully maintained and spotless.

Barbara was beyond amazing with providing information, transportation, etc. I have never experienced such a helpful and responsive host. The condo and views are stunning. The people in the area and the folks that Barbara referred us to were all very kind and responsive. We will definitely be visiting again!

couldn't not recommend this location, condo and it's staff more. they are very hard working and very responsive. The family that take care of the location is amazing and some of the most wonderful and kind people. Would recommend to anyone and will be back to see Placencia again. 5 Stars

We stayed at Sunset Caribe with Mariah for our wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The condo offered breathtaking sunrise views over the water every morning and gave us unrestricted access to the pool, jacuzzi, and gym, making it easy to relax and enjoy our week. Before our arrival, Mariah provided an incredibly helpful guide with important information about San Pedro, including tips on navigating the island, currency, and a packing list that was perfect for first-time visitors. Her recommendations for food were spot on — every place she suggested was absolutely delicious! During our trip, one of our golf carts broke down and we couldn’t get through to the rental company. Thankfully, Mariah stepped in right away and got the issue resolved for us. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was stress-free. San Pedro is a true gem, and our cozy stay at Sunset Caribe made it even better. Mariah is an amazing host you can count on — Book her!

This condo was great! Management was very helpful with assisting us with planning activities and meals. Be aware that the location is a bit away from Placencia village and will require a golf cart or car. We were a bit nervous driving the golf cart after dark, so used a taxi service for dinners. Taxis are a bit expensive. Be aware that there are sandflies on the beach, particularly around sunset, they were a minor annoyance, but be sure to have bug repellant on, when walking the beach, this is an issue all across Belize. This was our homebase for activities in the area, which included a visit to Cockscomb, Ranguana Caye and fishing. (They picked us up and delivered us with a pile of fish at the Cocoplum dock). We enjoyed meals, lounging and drinks on the beach right next door at the Naia resort. I am a photographer and enjoyed the cool mornings on the patio taking photos of beautiful birds right from the patio. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back.

Thank you for a wonderful 8 day stay at Oceans Edge. The condo was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was larger than it appears in the photos. Stax restaurant/bar across the street was fantastic and Hazel (the owners dog) was SO sweet and even visited us on the porch of the condo. Ester, from Pelican Reef, was responsive, so kind and helpful. She gave us great recommendations and arranged multiple excursions, golf cart rental and air & taxi transportation for us to the mainland. This was our 3rd Annual Friends Trip (3 decades of friendship) and we were all so thrilled with our stay in Belize. Our best trip yet! We definitely would return and highly recommend this booking.
