The Last Minute Cottage is a cozy recently updated STAND ALONE studio in a converted 1940's garage! It is conveniently located 4 blocks from popular Haywood Road and all the West Asheville shops, restaurants, and bars it has to offer. Looking to get outside? The French Broad River, Carrier Park, and the Greenway are only 1/2 mile away. Easy access to float or stroll the river! The cottage is also conveniently located only 2 miles from downtown and just 1 mile from the River Arts District.

Charming cabin with amazing mountain views. House was built in 2021 and tastefully decorated. The bedroom has a beautifully handcrafted king size sleigh bed. Wake up every morning to the sunrise off two porches, coffee included. Living room has a brand new pull out sofa for extra sleeping room. On the side of the house there is a covered area with a grill and a hot tub newly installed 2025. Pets are allowed up to 25lbs and if left alone must be crated please. There is a $100 deposit for pets

Modern Cabin Retreat w/ Sauna

This space was designed with love and care and the hope that all who stay here feel relaxed and connected to nature. We recently added a cedar barrel sauna that heats up quickly and is user friendly. Often we don’t see guests but I’m always available for questions and recommendations. We live "next door" on the same property with our two young sons. The cabin is located in a neighborhood, so while it hopefully feels removed from any hustle and bustle, there is access to many conveniences.

This sweet cottage was totally remodeled with hand hewn wood accents, ceramic floors & lots of modern touches including all new appliances and comfy beds. Covered front porch to enjoy your morning coffee and privacy fencing in backyard. Hiking, mountain biking, shopping, amazing dining, the French Broad River and River Arts District all close by.

Enjoy everything Asheville has to offer! Take a short walk through the backyard to hit the Mountain to Sea Trail for a scenic hike on the Blue Ridge Parkway or hop on by car approx two miles away to enjoy breathtaking scenery of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Start your day enjoying coffee on the peaceful front porch in the rocking chairs, or an afternoon nap in the hammock, and then to downtown less than 10 minutes away to your choice of incredible restaurants, breweries and shopping!

The space is a warm and cozy modern apartment with an access deck overlooking a serene wooded area frequented by bears, groundhogs, foxes, turkeys, and who knows what other wildlings. We are fewer than five minutes from just about everything including Biltmore Village and downtown Asheville. Inside you find a beautiful and inviting queen bed, spacious bathroom, and plenty of natural light. There is a long descending pathway with stone steps--please see the pictures in our profile.

The cottage has a Moroccan vibe and includes handmade pottery, art, and textiles. Walls are clay plaster and all bedding is cotton. Eco friendly cleaning supplies used. We are two miles from the Grove Park Inn and four miles from the Biltmore house. The space is appropriate for two adults or one adult and one child.

Secluded 2 bedroom Yurt with a view. This is a unique property that allows you to be close to nature and not skimp on amenities. Though you will feel you are remote, you will be only 15-20 minutes from downtown Asheville, Biltmore, Black Mountain, multiple breweries and restaurants. The Blue Ridge Parkway and Mountains to Sea Trail will be literally right out the door. The yurt has a 30 foot diameter making it a little over 700 sq feet.
