Let stress melt away while sipping coffee on a porch and listening to birdsong from the surrounding woods. It's tranquil inside, too, with carefully selected furnishings inspired by minimalism, walnut floors, and locally crafted kitchen countertops. The house is located about a two min drive from downtown Black Mountain and about 18 min from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. We have a chiminea and adirondak chairs in the back yard for our guests use. Build a fire and roast some marshmallows with the family! Up to two dogs are welcome with a one time $75 pet fee. Our rental includes everything our guests need for a short or long stay. Fully equipped kitchen for those who want to cook. Laundry and dryer included. We are available for questions and do our utmost to respond to your inquiries as quickly as we can. A relaxing and pleasant experience is our priority. The bungalow is only a few minutes' walk from Tomahawk Lake, beautiful walking trails, and nearby waterfalls. Visit breweries and restaurants in local Black Mountain and explore fine dining and nightlife in Asheville—a 20-minute drive away. Less than a five minute drive from downtown Black Mountain and approximately 20 minutes to downtown Asheville. Uber is available to get you to either location if needed.

With poplar bark walls, incredible lighting, hand cut slate floors your stay is guaranteed to be enchanting. Find a refuge in the heart of NC at this cozy haven at the base of Rainbow Mountain. Nestled at the end of a gravel street right next to our residential home, our cottage offers a secluded space for rest and relaxation while remaining a mere stone's throw away from the attractions of Black Mountain. Snuggle up with some tea during brisk weather, or enjoy a morning coffee on the porch while the sun is shining. You can expect occasional visits from ducks, rabbits, deer, and bears. Come and rest.

Cabin in the Clouds

Cabin in the Clouds is a beautiful, one bedroom vacation home in a secluded, private community that's very quiet and has been renovated in 2023. The bathroom was completely remodeled, new living room furniture, new marble top dining room table, refurbished bedroom, new floors. There's a beautiful view from our porch that has deck furniture and propane grill. Inside is an open layout with open beam ceiling and pine paneling. Black Mountain is a quaint vacation town, you will love this place.

As its name suggests, The RhodoDen is a cozy 1974 Airstream Argosy nestled among the rhododendron of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Set along a trickling creek with a bonfire ring and a view of nearby Watch Knob, this is "glamping" at its finest. RhodoDen provides an idyllic place to relax, and is a great basecamp for hiking adventures, dining and nightlife in Asheville and Black Mountain, both of which are only 15 minutes away.
