Although there was a little miscommunication during check-in, there rest were just perfect. It was a very nice place. Definately will visit again in the future

Thanks Djanuar for letting us stay at your place! Booked it quite last minute for a 3D2N staycation with my family & our family dogs. Overall, it was a good option for a staycation. Positive: (1) easy to find & near Jakarta, (2) easy check-in, (3) pretty spacious, (4) good amenities to cook & bbq, (5) good neighborhood to walk around, (6) near mini market & traditional market, (7) pretty clean air since there are pine trees right in front of the accommodation, (8) AC in every room, (9) Pak Doyok helped us to answer our questions on WA, (10) There’s a bedroom & bathroom downstairs so my elderly uncle who has difficulties in walking can comfortably stay here, (11) parking space at the accommodation & at the front of the house. Just a few notes for future renters: (1) for a staycation, the TV channels are limited (or maybe it was just me who don’t know how to access other channels), (2) bring your own towels, (3) the accommodation looks a bit old but pretty well-maintained.

Ringga was very helpful, especially when late check in. the house was very clean, had a great time staying at Ringga’s place!

Annisa’s place was a great find for us! It’s large backyard was perfect for hosting a fun game that our group played together, it’s rooms large enough to accommodate for extra mattresses comfortably and the standby staff fully helping and even surprisingly cleaning up the dishes after us too! Really lovely stay!

The exceptional hospitality with clean and comfortable rooms is what I generally expect from an AirBnb apartment in bassura and Panos place exceeded my expectations. Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Thanks for hosting us! ☺️

We had a good stay. It was everything we expected. As one review mentioned, the many-laned road next to the building is loud, even on the 23rd floor, but we expected it. The pool was the best we saw in Indonesia during our stay - big enough to swim laps and when we went no one was there.

Nice place, but I felt it was smaller than the photos made it seem. Wouldn’t stay again as there are better places for the price in Jakarta I feel, but enjoyed my stay.

Before being a host, it matters most to be human — and Ms. Diane truly embodies that. I stayed here with my wife and children, and we had many bags. Her staff warmly received us and kindly helped carry our luggage to the apartment. Throughout our stay, Ms. Diane was always responsive and went out of her way to assist us, especially since I don’t speak Indonesian. Her kindness made everything easier. If I return to Jakarta, I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to stay in this apartment again. Thank you so much for everything — we truly enjoyed our time here. And your staff member was especially kind, with a sincere and welcoming smile.

tempatnya sangat nyaman.. tempat tidur bersih, kamar mandi bersih , peralatan dapur bersih. berasa kayak dirumah. lokasi juga sangat strategis , turun kebawah langsung mall cp jadi pas banget kalau kt bawa anak ataupun orang tua ga perlu susah2 untuk cari makan dan main di mall. kita disediakan juga alat makan dan minum yang semuanya bersih dan tertata rapih. pasti akan kembali lagi ketempat ini.
