We returned to the Bay Area from the East Coast for a family event - and were lucky to find Charlie and Jenny’s place very close to where family lives. Communication was amazing even before the trip began . The apartment is on the bottom of Charlie and Jenny’s house and very private . There is a separate parking space, which is a a huge bonus in the area. The living space is VERY roomy - much more so than I expected from pics! SUPER clean , and SUPER well stocked, with lots of personal touches . Loved the kitchen and bathroom !!! I had to do some work during the week and there was a woke space as well. Two comfy bedrooms with VERY comfortable beds, extra blankets, pillows, pool/beach towels - you name it. We met both Charlie and Jenny in person and they were so lovely to chat with . Charlie gave lots of great restaurants info ! If you travel with family or kids- they also will find so many toys, games- even bathtub toys ! Since we will return to the area, I would absolutely return!

Cute San Francisco condo in an extremely cute, safe, and vibrant neighborhood. My wife and I had a fantastic time staying here. This place is a fantastic home-away-from-home. We would 100% consider staying here again when we’re visiting the area.

The stay was exactly what we needed. 2 bed, 2 bath with a pool and things for the kids to do. We were surprised to find out it wasn’t an apartment, but a timeshare, so like a hotel but they give you the sales pitch at check in. Only downside is there isn’t anything walkable like a coffee shop, or restaurant on property, but downtown is only 5 mins away. Recommend hitting the grocery store for everything. They charge for wifi which we found odd.

La casa cumplió con las expectativas que teníamos. Lamentablemente durante nuestra estancia me dio gripe y por suerte, la cocina de la casa contaba con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Esto me ayudó muchísimo en mi recuperación. El Bart queda a 15 minutos caminando. En general disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en casa de Jason. Es un lugar que recomendamos al 100%

Thank you to our hosts, Carrie and Alex! This was our 2nd time staying here. It's very homey and the bed is super comfortable! The kitchen is fully stocked, and the bathroom is very functional! We are looking forward to more stays here so we can conveniently visit with our family.

Had a very nice stay in a very nice, clean, conveniently located apartment. It's spacious and uncluttered. Samantha is very responsive. The off-street designated parking was a real plus. Will stay at this building again.

We were in town for a family wedding and not enough room at our families main house, hence the Air bnb solution. Our Grandaughter felt very comfortable (not scared of a new place) and come the end of our stay she said she hated to leave the cute tiny house, and asked if we could stay again. We told her yes. Parker was perfect in making everything easy.

Peggy has a remarkable home close to many amazing places to explore- Noe Valley, Castro, Mission and a close hop to the Haight and Golden Gate Park. The place felt like home and Peggy was an excellent host. This was a perfect place to stay for our family of four. Highly recommend!

Incredible home that feels so comfortable and clean. The backyard space with the grill was incredibly beautiful. The ambiance inside and out was like resort living. Only tiny thing that we never bothered to ask about was the shower water temperature wasn’t extremely hot. I bet it worked fine yet we just didn’t know how to work it.

Johnathan’s place was great. Well Appointed kitchen. The master is really nice and a very big master bath too. The other bathroom for our guests was fine just no where near as nice as the master bath. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Great neighborhood. Felt very safe.

Der Aufenthalt entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Sean war sehr freundlich, gab uns viele Tipps und stellte auch Getränke und Snacks zur Verfügung, was eine tolle Geste war. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und gut gelegen. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt haben wir uns unsicher gefühlt und insbesondere die Möglichkeit in der Garage parken zu dürfen, war sehr von Vorteil. Daher insgesamt für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen.

Kit was a great host! She was with responses and the home was perfect for our family of four. We had no issues and will definitely stay here again when we visit our family in Alameda!

The space was extremely clean, well kept, and we didn’t hear any noise from below. We really liked the shower/showerheads. Victor was extremely accommodating! The mattresses themselves are fairly firm. We were expecting a little different. But, he immediately helped by ordering toppers.

Beautiful home in a great location. Responsive and accommodating hosts. Clean and comfortable… with all the comforts of home. Loved the snacks and coffee bar!

I’d have to say I was a little nervous about staying in an ADU but Sushil just kept to himself and allowed us to come in and out hassle free and that helped me feel more comfortable. Check in was easy once I followed the instructions carefully. I highly recommend a stay at this AB&B to all. We definitely will look him up if we are in the area again. Thanks Sushil!

This is a great listing with a private bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. For San Francisco, the rent is quite reasonable. The place is clean and well-organized, with a washer, dryer, and everything you need for daily life. There’s also indoor parking. We stayed for four nights and often brought food back for dinner—having a fridge and microwave was super convenient. The neighborhood is generally quiet, though the ceiling isn’t soundproof and you can hear footsteps from upstairs. Earplugs helped. Kirk was very responsive and warm, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Us and another couple decided to take a few days off and head out to Napa for a midweek getaway. It was our 23rd year anniversary and both of our friend’s birthdays and 34th year anniversary! Matt’s rental was awesome. He was very responsive and within a couple hrs we rented the house. This beautiful condo is located in a gated community within 15-20 min walking distance to Silverado Resort. Checking in was easy and straight up. One of the rooms has a beautiful local view of the hills and houses around. Matt’s vacation rental is clean and neighbors are very quiet. The kitchen is loaded with all the necessary bowls, pans, utensils etc. Bathrooms were clean and plenty towels were provided. If you plan to have a nice stay in Napa i’ld definitely give them a try! 5 stars all around

Dave was a fantastic host. Excellent communication from start to finish. His place was exactly as described on the site: clean, well stocked, quiet and great location for ease of activities. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo only a block and 1/2 away from the beach/pier. The home was fully stocked and the beds were very very comfy! Loved the outdoor patio area with the fire pit.

Erin was a great host, she was proactive with communication before the stay started and would check up on us throughout the stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and to ask if there was anything we needed. Erin’s place looks exactly like photos and is clean, it’s definitely worth the money. I have stayed at the resort itself a few times and IMO Erin’s place is cleaner and nicer than the resorts 1 bedroom suites

Nice space, great for groups! Call ahead to make sure they adjust the two twins into the queen. And the time share folks will push hard, stand firm!

We loved our stay here! So centrally located to everything we needed; we could walk to coffee and shops and restaurants easily, and then just a short drive to so many other things, including SF and the beach. The space exceeded our expectations in every way--cozy bedrooms, sweet patio behind the house, lots of games and books and a great kitchen. And getting in and out of the house with the keyless entry made it so simple--no keys to worry about! We'd definitely stay there again!

Peaceful location with beautiful patio overlooking the golf course. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, and you can’t beat the location. I appreciate Kristina’s quick responses and flexibility on check-in time.
