Just 10 miles from the Lake District National Park, it makes an ideal base from which to explore this stunning region.

The Hayloft

Situated in Warwick-on-Eden, this delightful cottage where the hay was originally stored, is within five minutes of the M6 motorway near Carlisle. Built of local sandstone, it dates back to around 1842 and overlooks a cobbled courtyard. It was tastefully restored some twenty years ago retaining the original wooden beams and offers a high standard of accommodation for a maximum of four people. It's within walking distance of both the renowned pub, The Queens and local shops at Warwick Bridge.

Tweed Mill is a newly renovated detached cottage with private Master Spa, combining modern living with original features. Tweed mill dates back to the 1800's. It was originally an outbuilding to the previous Tweed Mill next door. We are located a stones throw from the village where you will find an abundance of amenities pubs. takeaway's and a 5* market hall. We are located less than 10 miles to Carlisle and a short drive to the M6 a gateway to Scotland, the lake district and Northumberland.

Hadrian's View is a converted barn on the Hadrian's Wall National Trail path offering high quality self-contained accommodation for up to 6 guests. There are two bathrooms ,wifi, a private garden with BBQ and outdoor furniture plus a real log fire. The house is located in the village of Banks, 1 mile from Lanercost Priory and 4 miles from the market town of Brampton. It is ideally located for day trips to the beaches of Northumberland, the Scottish Borders or the Lake District National Park.
