Williams place was everything I had hoped for. It was neat, clean, cozy, comfortable, and looked exactly like the pictures. With access to the pool, fitness center, your own covered parking spot right outside, and a nice little walk-out patio and backyard, it had everything anyone could possibly want and need. The best part for me was its proximity to amazing shopping! Every big time store you could think of was just down the street, not to mention tons of great restaurants and the Baybrook Mall which is freaking spectacular. I was there for work so I didn’t get to go to the space center, but it was literally a mile away which is pretty cool as well. All in all I thought the spot was perfect and would recommend it to anyone visiting Houston. I’d be more than happy to stay there again in the future if I end up down there again for work.

Place looked just like in the pictures. Place was clean and host responded quickly to any of my questions.

Perfect stay in a gem of a place. Spacious one bed apartment that's fully equipped, comfortable and functional. The complex is quiet, well maintained and the facilities are premium, specially the gym that is loaded with high quality equipment with weight machines, functional equipment, 4 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, bikes and step climbers. The pool is also gorgeous. Spent 14 days at this place and will be using it again to visit the family that lives nearby. There's a lot of shopping and restaurants in the area, parks and places to run. The complex stands close to a highway all movement in the greater Houston area is easy and fast. But what stands out is the quality of service provided by the host, nice, non intrusive and ready to help, this host will soon be held in great regard by the clientele, definitely 5 stars.

This apartment is really beautiful. The beds are comfy and the area is close to pretty much everything you need including some of the best local restaurants in the area. The host is extremely responsive, even hands out his cell phone number in case of emergencies. Always communicating and checking on things, especially since we had a 2-day freeze in Houston that pretty much shut everything down.

This place is fantastic! It was the perfect long weekend getaway. The condo was just as described and the amenities were amazing. Can’t beat the views either!! We may be adding this to our yearly Labor Day weekend trip!

Great stay. Loved the view. The master bedroom was beautiful and bed was so comfortable. Kids loved the bunk room! Easy walk to beach club and beach. If we see ourselves back in Galveston we will be sure to book MaryAlice/Linda’s again!

I had a great stay! The property was very clean and located in a convenient community right off Highway 6, which made it easy to get to all the nearby stores and restaurants quickly. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the added security of the gated community was a big plus. Check-in was smooth with clear, detailed instructions provided ahead of time. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience — I would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay! Communicative host. The apartment was pristine with lots of homey touches. We wanted for nothing and loved the peaceful surroundings. Amenities were fantastic and easy to get to. Will be back!

The condo is beautiful and elegant and has every convenience one would need. The bed is wonderful. I wish I could take it home with me. All the furniture is great. The view is beautiful and the location is great. We like being on the bay side. It was windy while we were there but the balcony on the bay side was sheltered from the mostly south wind.

The place looks even better than the photos! Extremely serene and all details are meticulously planned for comfort. I did encounter an issue the first night, but a very polite and helpful concierge, Ben, came to the rescue the following morning and went above and beyond to accommodate and make sure we had the best stay possible. The property is simply breathtaking and so are the views! I received a call from Jason after my stay to ensure my stay was comfortable and above standard! Lots of activities for everyone to enjoy!

Great location relative to beach, nature, peacefulness. Western end of Galveston is beautiful. Condo itself was pleasant -- especially the balcony overlooking the ocean. Front room was cozy and kitchen had everything needed. The actual condo cul de sac was sort of an empty-feeling space, but that is compensated for by access to beach club quarter of a mile down the road and, of course, the private stretch of oceanfront there as well. Access to beach is walkable, though only by highway, so you should drive. Interior was clean -- overall, a lovely stay. I took personal retreat here for four days and was thankful for the peace and quiet, but probably best used for a family/group vacation for close friends.

Anna's place was a great spot for us to unwind after a busy holiday season. The condo was extremely comfortable, ambience wise and furniture wise. We've stayed on the west end of Galveston many times and understand how isolated it is, which is what we love about it. Anna's balcony provides a view of the beach that you don't get from too many places on the island. To address a few things from other reviews. The elevator is spotty (was out for 1 day), but it worked the majority of the time we were there. The amenities such as the restaurant/gift shop are not open year round. These items don't detract from the property at all, but wanted to make those looking aware. We're looking forward to our next visit!

IT WAS A VERY BEAUTIFUL AND PEACEFUL PLACE VERY FAMILY ORIENTED HAD A GREAT TIME…

What a great trip! We brought our kids here for fall break - our second time at Pointe West and first time at this property. The space exceeded all expectations and gave us a great place to relax. Susan was extremely responsive and helpful! The unit was spotless when we arrived, the kitchen fully stocked with all the appliances and tools to create great meals. Luxury linens - my 15 year old is now obsessed with the comforter! Thanks for a great stay and we can’t wait to come back to stay at Susan’s place!

Had a great family stay! It’s rare to find a condo that would comfortably fit our family of 7, but this one did the trick! We enjoyed the spacious balcony for early morning coffee overlooking the ocean, the kids loved the pool (even more than the beach!). Having the beach club so close was very convenient for meals and drinks. The well stocked storage locker helped with loads of beach toys and pool noodles that we didn’t have to pack. Great location at Pointe West resort!

Our group of 6 adults and 4 kids worked great! Perfect amount of space for 3 families. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked. It was an easy walk to the beach and just a quick drive to the beach club. Would definitely recommend this place!

This house is beautiful, well maintained. In close proximity to Richmond, Rosenberg, Sugarland. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay and this house. For a family of 4 with 2 kids, space exceeded our expectations. It rained about two days and we were able to drive into the garage space, meaning the kids did not have to get wet putting them in/out of the car. It’s the little things that make a stay memorable. Kitchen is well equipped for an extended stay and immaculately clean. This was home away from home for us. I would definitely come back here whenever I visit again.

This place is a five star home! The lake view is beautiful, the rooms are large and very clean. The price is super reasonable. Host replies very fast. Will definitely come back again!

We spent a wonderful weekend here, just a few steps away from the beautiful beach, with two families and our dogs. Wow, this house is newly built and equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. There was even a warm hot tub ready for us, and thoughtful amenities for our dogs as well! We've traveled to many places, but I can confidently say that the stay and the services provided here surpassed any 5-star hotel we've experienced. And the host, Jakeb, is incredibly kind and professional. If you're reading this, don't hesitate— and enjoy everything this place has to offer! Our families have already decided to return. This house was nice and in a peaceful neighborhood. Upon arrival we did notice stains on few of the bedding upstairs and damages to few minor things in the house. None of these hindered our stay. We always felt safe coming back late at night. Host was always responsive and friendly.
