The idea was to create an experience of being up in the trees and close to nature. Building a space small enough that it immediately becomes your own yet comfortably spacious, open and filled with light. It’s right off the Brevard bike path that links to Pisgah Forest & biking distance to the trails at bracken mountain preserve. Music venues, Brewaries, restaurants & coffee shops all within walking distance. Ideal for a couple attending a music center show, father son mtn biking trip or Brevard college parents in town for a visit. Newly fenced in backyard

Private Waterfall Apt | No Shared Spaces | pets+

Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. You will not be sharing ANY space.

Basecamp cabin for two

This cabin is a great basecamp for heading to Pisgah and Dupont. Located within a mile of downtown, yet you feel like you are out in the country. There are beautiful mountain and pasture views from the back porch. There is a house on one side of the cabin, but a fence in between for privacy. Sit on the back porch and watch the Scottish Highland cattle graze while you enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. This property is on a working farm, so you may see farm equipment around the property.

After a good day on your bike or hiking, enjoy the evening grilling under the lights or relaxing by the fire pit. From Brevard you can easily access Pisgah National Forest, Dupont State Forest or Asheville!
