Beautiful chalet, beautifully decorated and spacious. There was a lot of things provided such as toilet roll, teabags, dvds. My son is a full time wheelchair user and found it easy to manouver the living space. The outside seating area is lovely. The chalet site was super quiet, any other holiday makers and locals were very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable, the Rectors Retreat was a wonderful long weekend stay. Private parking was a godsend and meant not paying for expensive parking during our stay. The location is brilliant being just around the corner from Steep Hill and a stones throw from the Castle & Cathedral. No issue with noise in a big city is always a plus. Only things to note was how warm it was upon arrival, all radiators were on full blast. Luckily plenty of lovely space to let cool air in and a fan is provided. The oven caught us out as you have to set a time after setting the temperature. But Valerie was prompt in her response and explanation after we contacted her about having a problem with the oven. An amazing stay in Lincoln near anything and everything you could wish to see or visit in the lovely city.

We had a lovely weekend in Lincoln and this was a perfect spot at the top of Steep Hill. Very spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Lovely balcony with outdoor seating which was a nice sun trap. Would highly recommend and would use again. Overall this was a really lovely place.

Marilyn’s place is great for a short stay. Ideal for couples. Immaculately clean. Easy walk to beach and town. There is everything you could possibly want in the chalet. Tea, milk and biscuits a nice touch! The toaster was causing problems but as soon we alerted Marilyn she popped in with a new one. Great service.

We booked the apartment very last minute as a little getaway. The photos looked great and the apartment did not disappoint. It was spotless. Lots of room and just very very homely. I am recovering from an op and this place was just the tonic. The accommodation and added hot tub were just what I needed. 100% would recommend. Harry was on hand 24/7 and made us feel right at home. Set in a beautiful location with lovely surroundings. I will definitely be visiting again and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you Harry

A great place to stay which ticked all our boxes. Good parking , peaceful area , good size rooms , lovely garden. A short drive to Cleethorpes, going through lovely villages to get there. Deborah was great with answering my questions . Definitely will return

This was our third time staying at this wonderful holiday home! Our kids love it and it is the perfect location for a quieter place to stay yet still be in easy reach of all the fun attractions such as Skegness! It was immaculately clean and super cosy and comfy! Tealby Dune is a perfect home from home if you want to walk on the beach and enjoy the fresh air on the east coast. Out of season the beach is yours to claim, with little interruption from others. The property is very close to the beach and the promenade.

Lovely place , nice location , very clean and spacious. co op nearby for essentials. Only tip - a curtain up at the conservatory would do wonders for the winter time.

Comfortable, bright and very spacious apartment. Attractively furnished in retro style. Very comfortable beds with very good quality bedding. Well equipped kitchen. Extremely convenient for public transport with bus stop just outside the property and small, wellstocked Tesco store next door. Generous welcome basket provided.

We had a lovely weekend, the perfect location to explore Louth which is a beautiful and friendly town. Peaceful walks from the doorstep. Guy’s place is very comfortable and has everything we needed, we felt completely at home. Highly recommended, thank you Guy and Julie

We had the most wonderful stay at 1 Glenesk. Everything was perfect in this quirky apartment and Harriet, the host, was extremely responsive to any queries. Comfy bed, cosy lounge and perfectly situated to enjoy the delights of Woodhall Spa. Can’t recommend enough. 5 *****

Lovely flat well furnished and laid out. Everything you need for a stay to explore the area. Tesco Express next door, local amenities and places to eat close by, beach 20-30 minutes walk away and bus stop over the road. Would definitely stay again :)
