Our 2021 constructed craftsmen cottage is nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This is a quiet 8 acre parcel but only 5 minutes from breweries, shops and restaurants in downtown Palmer. Close to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, Glaciers, Hiking, Musk Ox and Reindeer farms. The owner's house is also on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay. The owners have lived in Alaska for over 40 years and are committed to helping you with all there is to experience!

Stunning mountain views at no extra charge. Ample parking and private entrance. Centrally located for points east, west, north or south. This unit is 280 sq. ft. The house is close to Jim Creek Recreational area, many other local trails, a biking path and near several other recreational activities. Come and relax in a private home. The house is located on a hobby farm so make fresh eggs your breakfast while enjoying the spectacular view that Alaska and this home offers.

It has a large great room with a spacious kitchen and dining area on one side and a living area on the other. This cabin has beautiful views of Pioneer Peak and surrounding mountains. It's very close to many recreational opportunities including hiking, biking, fishing, 4 wheeling etc. It's 40 minutes from Anchorage. Washer and dryer in cabin. No pets please.

This spacious lower level is a daylight basement perfect for families traveling with children. Placed in the middle of two acres the home is surrounded by manicured yards, gardens, beautiful mountain peaks, and plenty of country quiet. Yard is open for play, or walking, as is the basketball court. There are swings hanging in car port and a cowboy grill for campfires in the spring and fall. Located four miles from Palmer this home and yards are sure to please.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Occasional moose sleep in the yard as additional guests. The legendary Valley wind rarely gets to this spot! The bike path is 100 yards away to Palmer or to the South Face of the Butte to climb. Longer stays available with cost savings, just ask. Booking window is opened up only 2 weeks ahead but ask for additional availability further ahead.
