Grand appartement bien équipé (mais sans lave vaisselle même si ce n'est pas un problème). Literie confortable. A noter que c'est au troisième étage sans ascenseur (mais pas un problème pour nous). Enfin très bonne accessibilité pour Venise. Merci à Alessio et Chiara pour leur accueil. Fortement recommandé.

Estúdio de muito bom gosto, aconchegante e com todas as comodidades.

El departamento es muy cómodo. Fuimos en invierno y no pudimos aprovechar mucho la terraza. El baño es muy amplio y con buenas instalaciones. El colchón estaba muy bien y de buenas dimensiones. Hay algunos negocios y un supermercado grande en cercanías. La caminata al centro de la ciudad es relativamente corta y agradable.

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr ruhig und schön. Wir konnten jeder Zeit die Fahrräder nutzen und die Gegend erkunden. Wir waren außerdem oft in dem langen und tiefen Pool und haben tipps bekommen wie wir am besten zur Fähre/ Venedig kommen. Dies war mit Auto auch nicht weit entfernt. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Beide sind sehr Verständnisvoll und sorgen sich gut um einen. Soraia hat immer versucht uns bei fragen so gut wie möglich zu helfen. Die Unterkunft liegt nicht im Touri Zentrum, was wir sehr angenehm fanden, aber ist trotzdem an allem nah genug dran. Können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Alessandro was great: available, friendly, helpful and very nice overall. The location is great, in the nicest area of Mestre, the bus stop is right in front of the apartment and the city main square is at walkable distance for anyone. The neighborhood is filled with commodities, restaurants and services. The apartment is huge but cozy and Alessandro and his co-host are planning to make it even more amazing. Highly recommended!

Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser sehr zentral gelegenen tollen und ruhigen Wohnung. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Hauptbahnhof her ist die Wohnung mit der Tram super einfach zu erreichen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Carlo empfangen.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and we enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is bigger than our previous accommodations in Italy/Switzerland, clean and nice as per photos. It comes with 2 room (1 queen, 1 single bed) and a small open kitchen. There is a washing machine but no dryer. We love the peaceful location in Venice Mestre, and there is a great Chinese restaurant Orientale in the area. Would definitely recommend one to eat there. Down side is that need to go up one flight of stairs so those with heavy luggage need to take note. The house is also around 10-15 min walk with luggage. Will be great if they can install some hooks in the toilet at high points so that we can hang our clothes when we shower or for the towels. Would definitely recommend people to stay here!

Nicola war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich! Die Unterkunft hat uns so gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie war Sauber und super Modern ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch toll, es ist ruhig und liegend in einer netten Gegend. Zum Lido de Jesolo sind es mit dem Auto ca 7 Minuten. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Pěkný, útulný a velmi dobře vybavený dům kousek od moře. Angelica reagovala rychle a ochotně. Doporučuji 🙂

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Everything was very nice. The apartment meet my expectations, it was very clean and equipped with all the necessaries. It is very nice decorated, music theme :) It a great option for two persons, you have enough space and the kitchen is equipped with all you need. The host was politely, responsive and helpful :)

Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in einem süßen Haus mit großem Garten, Gartenmöbeln, Pool. Im Haus ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet und gut durchdacht. Meer, Geschäfte, Lokale in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder. Alberto ist immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Check in war total unkompliziert und früher möglich. Sehr empfehlenswert

Dit was inmiddels de 3e keer dat we bij Stefania verbleven en het was weer als thuiskomen. Een fijne plek in een rustige omgeving en mooi centraal gelegen in de regio Veneto. En Stefania is een fijne gastvrouw. Wij komen weer terug!

Nice house in a quiet and safe area at the end of a dead-end road. The house has a nice garden outside with plenty of sun and a fence all around the property. The host is super nice and responsive and everything is well organized.

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Fantastico! Cura al dettaglio incredibile, gentilezza e disponibilità di Giovanni e Marta. La canina super simpatica ha fatto amicizia con il nostro Hope e la zona dietro la superstrada è comunque super silenziosa, tranquilla e veramente molto curata. Il giardino e il parcheggio sono stati quel plus che ci ha fatto scegliere questo alloggio. Non potevamo scegliere di meglio. Prima sera abbiamo scelto di farci arrivare un delivery, mentre la seconda sera abbiamo preferito cucinare a casa dato la presenza di tutti i comfort proposti dall’appartamento. Davvero ottima esperienza paragonata al prezzo e alla vicinanza dal centro!!!

Très bonne communication avec Francisco, l'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description Dans un quartier calme et à proximité de tous les transports (bus, bateaux et train), nous avons passé un excellent week end

Notre séjour de 7 jours à Venise formidable . Notre logement avec 1 gardien parfaitement placé et accessible par bateau bus Alilaguna en arrivant de l'aéroport ( forfait 27 euros A/R avec un arret à la station San Stae à 200 m de notre adresse) Nous avons été accueillies par Anna très chaleureusement en français. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses de restaurants MOCENIGO à 2 pas de notre logement.Aussi 1 coop . L'appartement au 2e étage était très agréable confortable avec vue sur un petit pont et canal (2 trousseaux de clefs ) pas d'ascenseur . On peut se déplacer de notre embarcadère San Stae facilement avec les vaporettos ACTV pour les iles MURANO et BURANO avec pass de 2 Jours (35 e) . Les transports étant très chers nous avons continué nos visites à pied, une carte et un bon GPS sont de rigueur, les ruelles de Venise un vrai labyrinthe ). Attention sur le bateau bus pick pocket même les plus avertis. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse .

Superbe appartement, grand, lumineux, moderne et calme. Litterie excellente. Impeccable au niveau propreté Entièrement équipé : lave vaisselle, four. Micro-ondes, lave linge et seche linge, aspirateur balai,aspirateur robot, tv, wii... et les consommables qui vont avec( lessive, dosettes..., jeux pour la wii...) On en demandait pas tant 🤪 Accueil parfait Parking abrité et sécurisé dans la propriété. Instructions claires grâce notamment à des fiches plastifiees ( en anglais et en italien) Liste des meilleurs restaurants du coin (avec indications de qualité et de prix). Emanuele a mis la barre tres haut! 🙂 Bravo, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !

Très bon contact avec Roberto et Mattia. ils nous ont donné les coordonnées d une agence de transports pour les transferts aéroport avec chauffeur. séjour de 5 nuits en famille dans l appartement, bien situé à 50m de 2 stations de Tram T1... direct venise. Un grand supermarché en face de l immeuble et à 10mm à pied du centre de Mestre (restaurants et commerces...). Le logement situé au 4eme étage est très confortable et bien équipé. Séjour parfait et idéal pour visiter venise et sa région.

The place is apsolutely amazing, we gad 2 Terraces, of which one of them had a barbique place and a mountain view, and the other one was on the side of the beach. Enrico is a superb person, always available, friendly and you can count on him for every advise, also in regards to traveling to nearby places. We will for sure visit again!

Ubytování velmi doporučujeme. Skvělá poloha, na pláži a zároveň v centrální ulici Jesola Via Bafile. Pekárna, obchody i restaurace hned vedle. Parkování přímo před vchodem. Apartmán byl perfektně uklizený, dostatečné množství voňavých ručníků i ložního prádla. Co se vybavení týče, najdete zde snad vše, na co si vzpomenete- fén na vlasy, lékárnička, termofor, deky, polštáře, pračka, sušák na prádlo, dětská postýlka a židlička, toustovač, topinkovač, kávovar, myčka, televize.. a mnoho dalšího Alessandro je přátelský hostitel, který rád se vším poradí. Rádi tento apartmán doporučujme, hodnotím 10/10. 👍🏻
