Description stated in the listing is very much accurate. Though there aren’t as much pictures shown, they are very accurate and not camera tricks. The listing definitely exceeded our expectations. I initially found the pictures too good to be true with regards to the size but the common space, living room, kitchen and rooms are really very spacious. There are a total of 11 room. 2 by the poolside, 1 in the mainhouse with direct access to the poolside and ensuite bathroom/toilet and another 2 more in the 1st floor with access to a common comfort room. There are 6 more rooms in the 2nd floor. Even with our group of 20 adults and 10 kids, we still had 1-2 rooms spare. Pool is very clean and well maintained with a bar area. The listing is complete with all kitchen accessories and appliances and may be used. Videoke was placed inside the house sa as not to disturb the neighbors in case you would want to sing your hearts out during your entire stay there. Wifi is available and signal is spread out in the entire rental. There is indoor parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for some more vehicles. It is situated inside a secured and quiet neighborhood. A convenience store is just outside the main gate that has essentially everyting you might need plus more. They have a variety of cheese, coldcuts, sandwiches and pizza. Caretakers are available anytime and are very nice too. Folding tables and monobloc chairs are available in the listing.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is convenient, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to toys and a small pool for the kids. The house and garden had lovely plants. The host was very attentive and considerate of our group’s needs. We also appreciated the little touches like coffee, tea, shampoo, towels, and Alexa for music and convenience. The location is perfect—quiet but just a short walk to the Capitol and park. We were amazed at the villa. We all enjoyed our stay and the swimming pool was also fantastic. The hosts also gave us a complimentary drink to welcome our group. Easy to communicate and very easy to follow up. The place was clean and everything we needed is there. Will definitely be back to this villa in the future. Thank you for having us!

Went on a 6-day road trip of Northeastern Luzon, and our stay at Ms. Judith's place was in the final stretch of our itinerary. It was raining all day and all night, but still, everything was perfect about this place. We had a good night sleep because of the peacefulness of the place and felt well-rested the next morning to continue on with our journey. Definitely the best place to stay when you are in Apayao.

We had an amazing stay at the Avalon House! Breathtaking views, fresh mountain air, the peace and quiet of the surroundings allowed us to fully unwind and appreciate the beauty of nature. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating, making sure we felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for having us! We truly enjoyed our time in Sagada and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the mountains!
