All this in a location that is less than 20 minutes drive from the famous beaches of both the North and South coasts of Cornwall. We're ideally situated between Truro and Falmouth where there are a huge range of shops and restaurants. There are two local pubs and many countryside walks on your doorstep.

Escape reality in this thoughtfully converted Woodland retreat, in the renowned and secluded 40 acre Pendarves bluebell woods. Near the historic mining town of Camborne, we are a short 20 minute walk from the mainline train station (6 by taxi). A plentiful supply of local attractions, reached most easily by those with their own vehicle. St Ives (13 miles), Falmouth (15 miles), Penzance (20 miles). Sadly we do not allow pets and due to the nature of the site, it is not wheelchair friendly.

The Annexe is a cosy modern space adjoined to the old farmhouse, with its own conservatory and garden. Ty Metheven is set in a quiet area of Camborne and is an ideal base from which to enjoy Cornwall whether on foot, bike or car. Cycle storage and cleaning facilities provided. There are beautiful beaches within 5 miles, the Eden Project 25 miles to the east and Lands End 25 miles to the west. The Property has been recently refurbished and comes fully equipped. Outside is a patio area with garden furniture to enjoy a BBQ or simply just sit in front of the fire pit with cocktails.
