Charming artist's loft on the top floor of an historic building from 1611. The loft is an open space with kitchen, dining, sleeping, working and relaxing spaces. Very high ceilings, lots of light and quiet. Separated by a semi-private courtyard (shared with one neighbor) from one of the main streets running the length of the Marais, steps away from the cafés, restaurants, shops and markets of the rue de Bretagne, the Carreaux de Temple and the public garden of the Square du Temple.

The apartment is on the ground floor making it easy access, it still has great daylight all day due to it's many windows. Great for couples, families or groups of friends. Not good for events or parties.

Nous sommes respectivement journaliste culturel et directrice marketing dans l’industrie musicale et avons eu le coup de cœur pour cette ancienne imprimerie avec vue sur jardin. Véritable maison de campagne en plein centre de Paris, vous serez à 2 pas des bonnes tables bistronomes du 11ème, des jardins du Marais… Notre logement est idéal pour les couples et les familles avec enfants.
