The place was very spacious and the host was very kind. It was a last minute booking because we had an issue with the ferry schedule but Mr. Juancho and family were still able to accommodate us right away.

Great host, good location, comfortable, clean, and the best place I’ve found yet in Surigao City. Better than the hotel options.

Nice place a little bit outside of the center, but with a scooter or tuk tuk everything is reachable within few minutes. There is a washing machine which is free to use and the kitchen with basic equipment. The host was very responsive and helped me when I had an issue. Also was I able to check in earlier and check out later, which helped me a lot. Sadly there is no hot water, but it's not ice cold so it was okay. The wifi was not stable, which made it difficult to work sometimes, better to have a Sim Card. It is a really good accomodation especially for this price. Recommended!

This is a great house for an extended stay in Butuan. A little out of the city center, but with a great place to eat at 'All Home' just outside the subdivision. Claire was super friendly and helpful. Very well furnished with lots of kitchen utensils and cookware as well as a supply cabinet full of essentials like trash bags, towels and toilet paper. we were expecting the yapping dogs next door, so it didn't bother us too much but be forwarded. compared to other places in the area, Butuan, this place is the best. Electric power is limited, so when the hot water heater is used, other appliances must be turned off. you must also call to schedule water delivery. like a home away from home. much appreciated 👍👍

We rented the Butterfly House only for one Night to celebrate our friends Birthday there and it was wonderful! There is a nice beautiful garden just in front of the veranda, a bunch of hammocks all over the place, a clean and nice kitchen and a proper Bathroom with a hot shower. The Beds were really comfy and we were surprised how many Beds there are! It is perfect for a big group and the price is really cheap for what you get. The area around the House (Santa Fe) is really quiet and relaxed, but there still are some stores so you can find everything you need just down the street. The owner and the caretaker were super friendly and always responded really quickly to our questions and gave us some good tips! So all in all we really loved the place and can only recommend it! Oh and there is a lot of nice butterfly’s flying around in the garden, so the house really deserves the name ;)

Thank you Darl, You provided me with a clean and trouble free stay, even when I booked at short notice. As Darl goes on her Airbnb journey, I can confirm she is doing things the best way. This is a nice and very cheap stay, so it's not a hotel, but it's comfortable, cool and quiet. As in all province's in the Philippines, there are dogs and Chickens about, but no issue for me. Our fully stocked beach house greeted us with freshly laid eggs and homemade bread from their farm to table homestead. The remote oceanfront location was pure paradise for quiet solitude yet close to town for easy access to groceries and restaurants. We enjoyed ongoing communication with Juvy, who accommodated our every need. She offered personal tours and made recommendations for local sightseeing and eateries. An amazing experience even for well-traveled adventurers. Five + stars!
