A través de unas pequeñas escaleras se baja al amplio jardín rodeado por muro de piedra, con plantas y barbacoa de ladrillos (compartido con el otro apartamento de la misma propiedad). Los pisos se pueden alquilar por separado o juntos. Aparcamiento público gratuito a 3' andando de la casa.
