This property is a Gem! Being able to park at the premise was so helpful. The property looks like the photos and it was wonderful. BUT the views are indescribable. There are no pictures that could do it justice. It is actually emotional to sit on their roof top deck looking at Capri. I will never forget it. Michele is an incredible host. He was very responsive and he took care of everything. Booked our boat trip to Capri (exceptional). Booked our dinner reservation and arranged for transportation. The restaurant was one of our favorites. Michele took care of everything. If you have the opportunity to book this property, do it!

Thanks to Gaetano we had a perfect stay! He was so helpful and even brought a plate of delicious pasta, because we had some problems with our rental car and arrived quite late at the first evening. The accommodation is more than beautiful: you have a perfect view of the Etna and you can try some of the wonderful juicy oranges. Everything was perfect!

Ein extrem schönes architektonisches Highlight! Wir kamen zu später Stunde vom Flughafen Catania in Modica an, wurden an verabredeter Stelle abgeholt und zum nahbei gelegenen Parkplatz gelotst. Anschließend brachte Caterina uns zum Haus und wies uns kurz ein. Der Tisch in der Küche war bereits gedeckt, Wein, allerlei Köstlichkeiten, Olivenöl, Pasta und Tomatensoße, wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause. So komfortabel und schick hat man in einer Höhle noch nie gewohnt! Modica ist ein perfekter Ort, um die Kultur des Landes zu erkunden, Sehenswürdigkeiten genauso wie eindrucksvolle Landschaften. Ein absolutes Highlight waren die Festlichkeiten zu Karfreitag und Ostern. Caterina hatte viele Geheimtipps, tolle Restaurants, einen super Guide für den Ätna (absolute Empfehlung!), sie war immer erreichbar, und hat uns sehr geholfen. Herzlichen Dank dafür! Was man außerhalb der sehr heißen Jahreszeit eventuell wissen sollte: Es ist nicht ungünstig, ein paar Hausschuhe einzupacken…

Roberto’s place was beautiful, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and a nice terrace with a magnificent view. The caretaker Lucky, and his wife were so nice and helpful, they even brought us fresh eggs. When we arrived we also had water, coffee, fruits etc. in the kitchen for us which was great since we hadn’t had time to go to the grocery yet. We really felt like home. The location is also perfect, very short drive to the beautiful town of Noto and not too far from Syracuse or Catania. Whenever I needed information, Roberto was very quick to respond and Lucky and his wife were close by to help anytime. I really recommend this place and I would go back with pleasure.

We had a lovely stay and a local host contact to assist us with any questions, concerns, and reservations. Recommend a very small car if you plan to park on premises though there is street parking available.

Wir sind 3 Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft gewesen. Francesco hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Es gab bei Ankunft eine Flasche Wein und Wasser geschenkt. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich direkt am Strand, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet außerdem noch eine große Dachterasse für die Gäste an. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß mit den Kajaks, die zur freien Verfügung standen. Optional besteht die Möglichkeit, sich eine Massage zu buchen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! Ottimo alloggio ! L’appartamento non ti fa mancare nulla .La comunicazione con il Signor Domenico è stata eccellente . L’appartamento è con la macchina vicinissimo in circa 8-10 min a Tropea . Si può assolutamente consigliare .

Alles war genau wie beschrieben und hat genau für unsere zwei Nächte in Syrakus gepasst: tolle Lage, Ortiygia fussläufig entfernt, das kleine Haus auf zwei Etagen mit hübschen Innenhof und Balkon und alles in der Küche und Bad, was man braucht. Sehr leckerer Kaffe! Vielen Dank, Martina! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Our stay was fabulous! This Airbnb is a gem. It was extremely clean and spacious. This apartment had everything to make us feel at home. Private parking alone would easily make this a top choice but the apartment and location is amazing, the views from the private balcony were stunning. Just a minutes’ walk to shopping and restaurants. It was the perfect location for exploring the city. Check-in was super easy. Our host was extremely friendly and responsive. Really made us feel welcomed. I cannot recommend this place enough. 100% I would stay here again.

We had an amazing time here! The studio is in a perfect location for day trips to Amalfi and Positano. Giovanna and her husband were incredible hosts - very welcoming - would definitely recommend staying here!

Geweldig verblijf gehad. Super vriendelijk, als je vragen had of iets nodig had werd er super snel gehandeld. Alles is op loopafstand en het stadje is ook geweldig. Grote supermarkt op paar min met de auto. Accomodatie was super netjes en schoon, prachtig resort, schoon zwembad, super netjes allemaal. Kan niet anders dan dit een dikke 10 te geven. Hou er rekening mee dat wanneer je een kinderwagen hebt er wel veel trappen zijn. Ga ontbijten bij Verno, lekkere croissants en cappuccino. Heel veel te doen in de buurt ook. Binnen een straal van 30 min met de auto kan je je de hele week vermaken met allerlei leuke dorpjes.

L’appartement de Marc est très agréable, et hyper bien situé entre le Bari Vecchia, les bus pour se rendre à la gare et les divers restaurants et cafés. il est propre et au calme. Nous avons passé un super séjour. À noter aussi que Marc est extrêmement réactif et la communication est grandement facilitée! Merci Marc!!

Annamaria was extremely flexible, we were able to drop our bags early after arriving from Canada. We took her recommendation for a transfer from the airport and thank goodness we did. Mario was super friendly and navigated Naple’s fascinating streets and traffic with the skill of a real Neapolitan. Annamaria’s place is right in the heart of the action, and her incredible terrace was an amazing oasis of peace in the middle of the charming chaos of Napoli. The apartment itself is simple and as described and suited our needs perfectly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Anna Maria

Wir haben zu Zweit 4 Nächte bei Salvatore verbracht. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr groß, die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, der Strandzugang ist super. Eine echte kleine Oase am Ende der Flaniermeile im sehr umtriebigen Giardini Naxos. Der Garten mit Meerblick ist super, aus einer Ecke kann man sogar den Etna sehen. Auch vom Strand aus. Liegen sind vorhanden. Das Appartment war blitzsauber. Alles Notwendige für einen entspannten Aufenthalt stand zur Verfügung. Salvatore ist ein super Gastgeber, Check-In und Check-Out waren völlig problemlos und an unseren Bedürfnissen orientiert. Auch für Rückfragen stand er immer zur Verfügung. Es gab kostenlose PArkplätze in allernächster Nähe. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Slavatore buchen.

I stayed here with my partner and two children (9 and 13). Bianca and Alfonso were brilliant - always happy to help. The apartment was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee (a real bonus as it was April). As mentioned there is a walk up the hill into town. From the apartment door to the station this took 15-20 mins, we had to walk up the road though as the path behind the apartment was temporarily closed - that would have been quicker. It is such a beautiful location though, with stunning views over to Vesuvius all the way, that we never minded the walk. This was a great base for visiting Pompeii, Naples, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The local train does get busy but is easy enough to use otherwise. We were glad we booked the airport bus to and from the airport with our luggage! There are plenty of shops and restaurants in town - Alfonso gave us some recommendations which I appreciated. I would recommend.

Un appartement avec de très belles qualités, une vue panoramique sur Naples à couper le souffle, place Bellini et métro Dante à côté. Clim dans les deux chambres qui fonctionne très bien. Literie de qualité, bien insonorisé. Hôte sympa et réactif qui gère bien. A deux stations de métro des bateaux pour Capri, sorrente … Donc quasi vraiment parfait. Pour être au top du top, juste rajouter un peu d’accessoires de cuisine. Mais nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle et la vue sur le Vésuve va nous aider à reprendre le boulot en y repensant. Merci pour tout.

Our host was a happy and friendly guy. He was waiting for us when we arrived which I always like, ready to show us around. A huge amount of delicious nibbles awaited. Sweet place, very spacious, with a courtyard and private entrance. Everything you need to prepare meals. Lovely bathroom with great water pressure. A few minutes walk to the old town and fortress (which was outstanding). The main mall is a 10-15min walk away boasting great shopping, cafes, restaurants and the Marina a further 5 mins. We loved Bari and there's plenty of trains to take you to other well known places along the coast, they're around 30mins by train. We easily walked between the station and accommodation with our cases, but taxis etc available outside the station.

Wonderful apartment — spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect, close to the supermarket and old town. The host was super the communicative. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Alles tiptop! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Wir konnten unser Auto gegen eine Gebühr in die Garage stellen, was sehr hilfreich war. Carlo war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Können diese Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.
