Julie and Dave are just lovely people, even the groundskeeper Jesus is awesome. She responses so quick to any inquiries you have during your say. Julie had some extra freshly baked bread and it was delicious along with a yummy apple from their garden, fully organic pesticide free :). The place is nice and clean, bed cozy, clean linen, towels, and kitchenware. YOU MUST FOLLOW her directions to get to the property or else you won't make it lol. Once you learn the way its fun to ride up the canyon roads :D. The high speed internet is great which is a must because you will not have cell service up in the mountains which i didn't mind, just que up your directions on GPS before you leave and you'll be all good. The backyard is as described, simply beautiful with a view to match. Only downside is minor, you don't have a driveway access so at times when there are guest in the other units it can get a little tight on the street. Ultimately would def stay again, peaceful getaway in A+ location!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

It was home away from home from the moment we walked in--peaceful, comfortable, light and airy, open floor plan, tasteful decor and spotlessly clean. Rajvir is always an amazing host and we were fortunate to stay in one of her places again. The neighborhood is perfect for walking with gorgeous landscaping and the on site work out facility is an added bonus.

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

This is my son's and I second time enjoying this wonderful place . We loved the quiet and peacefulness of the surroundings. Everything fit our needs. We would love to make this a yearly trip. Thanks for being such a great host!

It’s a beautiful little spot, perfect for two people. The host was extremely accommodating and super sweet. Normally, I wouldn’t choose a place that has the host on property but she was very relaxed so for the 1st time I didn’t mind the house be attached to hosts main property. Definitely would stay again. Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Betten waren wirklich super bequem! Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig, aber die Restaurants und Shops sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit den Nachbarn, aber Landon & Evie haben super reagiert. Wir können die Wohnung der beiden auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Had a great stay! The place was clean and spacious. Instructions for check in and out were easy, and Jennifer communicate everything up front and well before my trip which made planning super convenient. Beautiful view is the surrounding mountains and super close drive to town. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

We have stayed at several Air BnB's but have never had the support and responsiveness that our host provided. We had a water line break forcing us to move out for nearly two weeks. Souroosh was flexible in arranging our arrival and responded in minutes to any request or question we had. He could not have been more accommodating.

Mark was an angel. We were forced to evacuate due to the fires in Los Angeles. Mark was highly communicative, caring, and generous. He allowed us to check in early due to our dire circumstances and maintained the utmost professionalism as we dealt with this relocation. The Airbnb was spotless & so stunning. So grateful. Cannot wait to come back under better circumstances.

Super convenient! I just stayed here with our 2 dogs and loved it! It’s a decent sized place, got 3 bedrooms and lots of room for everyone. They’ve got everything you need right there, felt just like home. Loved the snacks and wine and flowers left as a welcome after a long day of travel! The house has its own driveway so parking was easy, right in front of our door. The hosts stay upstairs and are super nice. Melissa helped me out with tips about what to do around the area. There’s a big yard too, fenced in, so good for dogs or just hanging out. The neighborhood is actually off the beaten path, so not a lot of traffic other than folks who live there. You do hear the highway cause it's right there, but it’s not too bad. It makes it super easy to get around to Carpinteria, Santa Barbara, and other spots quick.

Izzah’s place is tidy and spacious, just as described. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but maybe next time? Easily accommodated me and my three children in their 20s. Grocery stores and other amenities conveniently located.

We loved our stay. It was a wonderful spot for our family to find peace during a trying time. A few short minutes from a very lightly trafficked beach; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful for the accommodations!

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

My family had a wonderful Spring Break at Coleen's place. The location can't be beat, just steps from the beach and walkable to local restaurants. The home was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for our family. The neighbors were also very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to all.

Amanda's place in Carp is very well located! 2 minutes walk to the beach, and maybe 10 minutes walk to restaurants! Her little condo works very well for a couple and although it is a studio, it is sleeping are is very private. The home is well equipped with everything you need and it is very well presented. Amanda was super responsive and finding it and getting in was a breeze! I highly recommend this for a couple's retreat!

We loved staying at this condo! Amazing location, great views, amazingly warm pool and jacuzzi, cozy and comfortable! We would love to come back!

This may be the cleanest and neatest place I’ve ever stayed at. It looks like it was either just built or just fully remodeled. We felt like we might be the first people to have stayed there after the remodel. I almost felt guilty taking things out of the pristinely organized drawers. This place is also very convenient if you have older folks with you, since there is an elevator from the garage and one of the full bedrooms is on the floor without any stairs. We had a few minor questions and the host responded within a few minutes to resolve them. The place is right next to the freeway, as in you can see the cars and almost touch the sound wall. We were pleasantly surprised that there was almost no noise when the windows are closed There was a small convenience market half a block down the street with surprisingly good freshly made Mexican food
