Our trip was a family trip and the house was a perfect set up for us. We had plenty of room. The home was clean and the amenities were plentiful. The pictures were exactly how the house was advertised! I agree the street is busy but did not affect our stay! Best part - not too far from the Charlotte Farmers Market! Will definitely revisit this location! Excellent host!!!

I had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place was great for our weekend in Charlotte! Had a nice backyard where we enjoyed lounging. Had plenty of space for 5 people and all the necessary amenities. The host had great communication and easy instructions for check in and check out. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very convenient to the Whitewater Center, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I especially appreciated that the house wasn’t cluttered so there wasn’t much for my toddler to mess with.

Wonderful place to stay! Thomas was helpful and responsive. The home was clean and cozy, with nice privacy for being so close to the city. Nice little touches included labeled light switches, waffle bar (we didn’t use, but it looked great!), game cabinet, comfortable beds, and good water pressure in shower. Would stay again and recommended to anyone, especially families (that bedroom off the master area was so nice for a kids space!)

We had 10 adults and 7 kids and this suited us perfectly. All the amenities. Very clean. Location is perfect walking to local restaurants or great jump off location for other places to explore. Shirley was extremely responsive to all my messages. Would stay again.

A 5 star stay! Everything went so great, including arriving well after dark but the instructions were great and the motion lighting worked perfectly. The place is cute, clean and so comfortable. My wife especially raved about the linens, the towels and the washcloths - some of the fluffiest ever. Jodi is great, both with communication and setting up a unique space filled with her pottery. We only saw Jodi briefly, as we were very busy with family Easter activities. But she seems very friendly and helpful. We visit our grandkids in Charlotte often, and will definitely be back to stay with Jodi.

This is the cutest little Airbnb close enough to all the fun things you may want to do during your stay in Charlotte! We loved our time and hope to stay again!! Rene is a wonderful host too. Very responsive to messages sent, and easy to communicate with. She checks in often enough that you feel cared for, but not so often that it feels invasive — just the right balance. She makes the space homey & sets everything up so when you arrive and check in, it feels just like walking into a home away from home. It’s clean, spacious, and has everything you might need — even things for cooking all your meals from scratch!! We highly recommend this little spot.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Great stay at Sandra's place! Enjoyed the peaceful, safe neighborhood located about 10min from Main Street Fort Mill and 15-20min to Baxter Village. Place was well suited for myself, wife and our toddler. Though was snug and no bath, it was well equipped and functional. And overall a good value ! Lastly, hosts were kind and attentive. Our daughter loved seeing and feeding the chickens.

Very nice place to stay. Clean and private. Only issue I had was using the blue tooth lock on the door, that's my fault for being so out of touch with technology. I contacted Brian and he immediately gave me an alternate way of entry.

We were only there one night but it was just what we needed. Quiet and clean and very comfortable. Robbi was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had such nice touches for our dog from a bone to a bowls already set up with water. We will stay again when in town.

The apartment was as described. We needed somewhere we could stay and walk to a local music festival. This location was perfect for that. We parked when we got there and didn’t move the car until check out.

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

What a great trip. I was in town for a convention and decided not to stay at the hotel. The place was in an amazing location, I walked to the days meetings, got coffee in my way. Plenty of food options, really no need for a car at all, I took an Uber only once. The hosts made it super easy to check in and even allowed me to check in much earlier than I originally expected due to a flight change. Highly recommend this stay and the hosts. -M

Linda Beth was an excellent host! The place was well decorated, clean and close to restaurants and the lake. She was extremely friendly and was super responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!
