The cabin sits on a hill (not on the lake) about 35 ft from another home on 40 acres and has 105 ft of private lake frontage shared with my another unit. Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

The Elkhorn Log Cabin, located in the scenic town of Wolverine, Michigan, has undergone a meticulous restoration to create an ambiance of warmth and charm. The restoration process involved the careful use of locally sourced, reclaimed woods and materials, resulting in a rustic yet refined atmosphere. The strategically placed windows provide stunning views of the surrounding forest and encourage natural airflow. In my opinion there is not many places that surpass this idyllic location.

Haven in the Wood is a mid-century A-frame nestled in a lake community right across the street from a private all-sports lake. This recently renovated cabin features an open concept floor plan and boasts a modern-rustic aesthetic. The cabin resides in the heart of northern Michigan with proximity to many golf and ski resorts, nature and snowmobile trails, lakes and state parks. Just a couple minutes from the cute shops and restaurants that line Cheboygans Main Street, and about 20 minutes from Mackinac City's famous fudge shops and the ferry docks for Mackinac Island.
