Profitez d'un logement élégant et central, proche de tous commerces, bars, restaurants, places, dans le centre historique. Vue vers la Dronne et sur le château. A 500 mètres du camping et de la plage, terrain de tennis, canoé kayak et de plusieurs sentiers de randonnées vers les communes voisines. La maison dispose d'une salle à manger, cuisine et WC au RDC et à l'étage un balcon avec une vue panoramique, salle d'eau, toilettes, une chambre parental et deux petites chambres pour trois enfants.

Située dans un joli village de la Dordogne, cette grange aménagée est parfaite pour les voyageurs solos ou en couple. La boulangerie est à 2mn par pied, ainsi que l'épicerie, pharmacie, boucherie et bar/resto. Brantôme et Aubeterre sont accessible sous 30mn et Périgueux et Angoulême sont à 45mn. Petite maison climatisée avec séjour-cuisine et à l'étage chambre avec salle d'eau/WC. La cour privée donne au sud avec un petit cabanon pour stockage. Ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux animaux. The little house has rooms over three levels, with a generous balcony, private patio and use of the large garden. The garden is enclosed to one side and the river flows through on the other side. The river can be accessed for paddling.
