This place covers all the bases for a great stay for a big family get together! Excellent communications, nice welcome and then all the things to keep three families from ages 3-16 entertained. Private pool great, Games Room great, Hot Tub was spot on and actually hot (unlike so many that aren't)! Sauna probably needs some renovation love. Bedrooms great, enough space. Devonshire Arms nice food, Halfway House nice beer and vibes. All the ingredients for a place to kick back and have some much needed family time. Highly recommend!

Stylish beach house is exactly what it says it is. Very clean comfortable, lots of space. It is right in the heart of the pubs,restaurants,shops and beach. Would definitely recommend to a friend or relative. Tristan the host was amazing very helpful and kind. Would definitely like to go back there again some other time.

The house was a perfect location for us as a family. We regularly visit Swanage and this is now the closest to town we have stayed. You would not think in less than 5 minutes you would be in town due to how quiet it was. House was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family of 5. If we needed Anne we knew we could have messaged. We managed to find parking not far from the house so this was also no issue for us. Will look again at staying here as we can not fault it at all. 5*

Accommodation totally met our expectations. Loads of maps etc and local information. Fully enclosed garden which kept our dog safe. On the one wet day, resorted to the extensive DVD & book range. Very comfortable place just to chill and we are looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed at Danni's for a local wedding, it was perfect. Loads of space and well equipped, had everything we needed for a great weekend!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome by our lovely hosts.. The location is fantastic with good restaurants, an incredible harbour and miles of white sandy beach within walking distance. David and Pamela were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 1 night and all went as well as the description stated. Thank you for your hospitality and would recommend staying at their apartment. Easy parking and close to town and amenities.

Accommodation is very homely and comfortable with lots of home comforts. It is a perfect location for access to beach, harbour and town with ease of access to some lovely bars and restaurants. Fantastic location for beautiful walks. We’ve stayed here many times and will do so again.

We had a perfect 3 days of exploring Sandbanks, Studland Bay and Poole Harbour from this amazingly private and central spot. The weather was beautiful, which added to the experience, but most of all, the apartment was in such a good place and so very well equipped (all our needs thoughtfully catered for including toiletries, beach towels and chairs, snacks and milk in the fridge) that everything seemed easy. I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely apartment.

Had a short weekend at the flat on this loverly farm. If you want some where to chill and have some peace then this is the place to be. Add the style of the flat inside and out and how helpfull Lucy and her crew are, you the have this perfect place. The correspondence and information on the arrival and departure is first class. There is a nice little pub no more than a five minute drive called The Antelope Inn, very friendly. Thanks again Lucy for a wonderful stay.

Lovely bedsit with separate bathroom and kitchen. It had everything we needed for a short stay. It was a short and steep 5 minute walk down to town which was really convenient and meant the apartment was really quiet and peaceful. It was a bonus to have car parking on site.

Lovely property it had all the amenities. Good location. Near the centre of Swanage, about 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. Near the beach. There a smart tv with Netflix, YouTube Disney+, everything you have with smart tv.

The apartment is a characterful and beautiful, well equipped, spacious space which felt relaxing and interesting at the same time. It fulfilled our desire to stay in somewhere that wasn't an ordinary, bland, featureless room. It was filled with curiosities and museum pieces whilst also being comfortable and quite lovely. We had a wonderful three night stay at Anthony’s great place. He was the perfect host, very friendly , gave great instructions regarding the facilities and provided us with some local information. We had a lovely couple of days stay here. The flat was immaculate and as described. Brilliant instructions of how to access the flat and where to find everything. Really kind extras which were a lovely surprise and just made the stay so much more special. We will definitely be back because of the lovely flat and the location of Corfe castle. Lovely apartment with everything needed for stay. Great views out to sea in a quiet area with garden furniture available. Bedroom is hugh with a sofa to enjoy the garden and view from inside. Very hilly walk to and from town but you can go via Ware road through a gate via the countryside to avoid road, very pleasant. Lots of places to eat and things to do. Took a drive to walk to Golden Cap amazing views and a good farm shop on drive back. Melanie was very helpful and would must definitely recommend staying at Green Tor.

Lovely place, very clean and decorated great. Mike was very easy to deal with, gave lots of recommendations and was on hand if we needed anything. We enjoyed exploring Lyme Regis 👍

Nice clean accommodation, well decorated with everything you would need, good communication from Maureen regarding the stay. Tesco nearby for groceries, Cafe 100yds away for coffee and breakfast or dinner. We stayed for a weekend and went to eat at Rick Steins one night and Poole harbour the next night.

Our stay at The Coast House was fabulous. The house was immaculate, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with a lovely secluded courtyard garden. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second visit to Carolyn's apartment in West Bay. We also visited out of season last time - West Bay has a lovely out of summer season vibe! There were plenty of shops and restaurants still open. We did have a dramatic storm for one day, but mostly the weather was dry, sunny and bracing! The apartment is in a great location, and is beautifully maintained - very clean and welcoming. Carolyn is a wonderful host - excellent communication and very useful information from entry details to local amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at this beachfront apartment. The location was unbeatable, with stunning sea views and plenty of great restaurants and things to do right on the doorstep. The apartment itself was lovely—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Martin was an exceptional host, very helpful and accommodating; he even offered us an early check-in, which made our arrival so much easier. The only minor downside was that in the morning, we could hear the café below as it prepared to open, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!
