The place was amazing, but the checkin and checkout instructions were not given to me ahead of time. The staff was very sweet and helpful. We didn’t have enough hot water the first night, but they fixed it for the next day. The pricing was not what I expected.

The stay was amazing, when we had an issue it was addressed by both Courtney and the Staff. The amenities that were included added that perfect fusion to make us feel at home.

Great stay with my Wife & 2 boys. The area is a fun place to hangout, lots of shops and things to do. Very clean. Owner also responded very fast. Would definitely stay again next time I come to Atlanta!

The place was nice. Very clean and smelled amazing. Communication was very clear this was my first time getting an Airbnb and the experience was amazing. It was a private area I felt safe but would add how deep in the woods it is in the description for those like myself traveling from another state and not familiar with the area. But overall it was nice I would book again.

Darnell described his place very well though his description and pictures. Also responsive to you if there was any issues/questions. He was very polite and respectful in all my interactions with him. I rebooked with him twice so far and recommend him to anyone coming to this area that wants a peaceful stay.

For my very first time in Atlanta I am glad that ai chose this specific listing. Jarrett was very responsive and showed GREAT hospitality before I arrived to when I was leaving. I 100% recommend this place for any first timers. I will DEFINITELY be returning to Atlanta and booking Jarretts place again!!

Stay was great! We needed an earlier check in which the host made a breeze. It was clean and very spacious. The guest policy is a little strict and I’d prefer to know in advance as i was visiting family. No complaints other than the guest policy which i totally understood and complied with.

The home is superb. Great floor plan, great amenities, private parking, lot of space inside the house. We went for my son's graduation from San Francisco and had a great time at the house with friends and family.

This house was perfect, we brought our grandchildren for Spring Break and there was something for everyone to do. Plenty of space for everyone especially when seating 12 people at mealtime. The house was beautiful and everything was as described. I look forward to booking it again.

This charming home provides a comfortable and convenient living space in a quiet neighborhood, with a spacious backyard perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The updated kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, while the living room offers plenty of natural light. Marsha is responsive to all my requests and has been very accommodating throughout our stay , making this a great rental option overall. I will be back. Thank you again

Ryan’s stay in Decatur was amazing! So many activities to keep everyone entertained. Spacious rooms and huge beds. Plenty of bathroom and parking space. Wish I could have stayed longer!

We had a great experience. We met with two of the Porters Brothers and they were easy to work with. They accommodated each of us with early check in and late check out. Home was as described and depicted in photos. Had everything we needed and the space to spread out for family of 5. We were in town for large volleyball tournament so we did not venture around the neighborhood as we were either downtown or just at the house. I think having some sort of seating at the large island would be ideal as the dining room is around the corner.
