Only 10 mins from Colac and 20 mins to Forrest, everything the Otways have to offer is on your doorstep. For cyclists, the Old Beechy Rail trail runs right past and you'll find many beautiful waterfalls nearby.

Talulah - Apollo Bay Tiny Stays is a self contained tiny house tucked away on an 18 acre hobby farm around the rolling hills of Apollo Bay. The local Koala community is on your doorstep and hand feeding the King parrots is a perfect way to start your day. The beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll away, sunrise is breathtaking from here, or lie in and let the rolling hills greet you in the morning.

Situated at the foothills of the stunning Otway Ranges, Croft House is a stylish three-bedroom property overlooking rolling farmland on the edge of Birregurra. Croft is a 5 minute drive to Brae restaurant and a 7 minute walk to the main street with boutiques, the Birregurra Grocer and the Royal Mail Hotel. The area is known for its award-winning food and wine as well as pristine rainforests and beaches just down the road. Croft house is within easy access to the Great Ocean Road.

The Barn is a bright, well-appointed studio which offers beautiful surrounds in a fully self-contained space. Explore our 50 acre property including your own forest. Located in the quiet hamlet of Deans Marsh, the hinterland of Lorne. Just a stroll to The Store cafe. Only 20 minutes to Lorne with the Otways at your doorstep. Other attractions include bush walking, local wineries, bird watching and mountain bike rides. Although the main house is nearby, your privacy is assured.

We have a fully fenced yard and are dog friendly.
