Jennifer is a responsible, friendly, and truly outstanding host! Her property is thoughtfully furnished with a few carefully selected pieces, and both the room and bathroom have windows for ventilation. There is plenty of storage space throughout the property, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The building also has an elevator for easy access. Most importantly, the property is extremely clean — the towels and bedding are spotless and tidy, and there is plenty of natural light. We absolutely loved our stay here. We are also very grateful to Jennifer for kindly offering us a late checkout, which allowed us to take our time packing and tidying up after a big celebration. We will definitely be back!

Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

des hôtes très accueillants, comme il en existe de moins en moins! l’appartement correspondait parfaitement à l’annonce et à nos besoins ( 4 couples, 6 enfants) avec une grande pièce de vie et 4 chambres. chalet à st catherine, un hameau juste à côté du centre de vars, avec l arrêt de la navette gratuite à 20m, le domaine vars la forêt blanche est idéal pour une semaine en famille ou entre amis, il y en a pour tous les goûts: grand domaine skiable avec tous niveaux, plusieurs snowpark, plusieurs chemins piéton damés, à l’écart des pistes pour un dépaysement assuré, piscine extérieure, luge… bref on ne s’ennuie pas. mention spéciale pour corinne et thierry, d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance à toute heure, le service de commande du petit déjeuner avec la livraison gratuite à domicile est un vrai plus! super flexible pour la gestion du départ… on reviendra avec plaisir !

Piccolo appartamentino in posizione super centrale, all’interno di un cortile e quindi senza vista sul mare, però molto comodo per tutti i servizi. Sottolineo l’estrema pulizia, l’organizzazione e l’ordine dell’appartamento, cosa non scontata. Era dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un breve soggiorno, l’appartamento è in ottimo stato, tutto l’ arredamento, bagno compreso, è nuovo.

Amazing location right in the heart of old town and close to everything including great restaurants. Host was very communicative and provided advanced warning of any issues. Early check-in was provided which we appreciated greatly! Thanks again Hanna.

l'accueil chaleureux, disponible et à l'écoute, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour pour son emplacement pour la fête du citron au pied du logement, tout à disposition, quartier calme , tout pour passer un très bon séjour. encore merci à aymerick et Ninon.

Ich hatte das große Vergnügen, bei Linda zu wohnen, und es war eine aussergewöhnliche Erfahrung. Linda ist die Inbegriff einer perfekten Gastgeberin – warmherzig, freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Ihre Unterkunft in Nizza ist nicht nur gemütlich und sauber, sondern bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Linda ging weit über das Übliche hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass ich mich wohlfühle. Sie hat grossartige Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und sich immer Zeit genommen um etwas zu erklären. Ihre Gastfreundschaft machte meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich und war ein echtes Highlight meiner Reise. Es ist kein Wunder, dass Linda den Titel „Superhost“ trägt – sie verdient ihn absolut! Ich kann sie und ihre Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen und hoffe, bald wieder bei ihr zu Gast sein zu können.

Très bel appartement. Il est très bien pour 8 personnes : spacieux et bien équipé ! De plus l’emplacement est incroyable pour découvrir le vieux Nice mais également les villages alentours grâce aux TER. Seul petit bémol : l’insonorisation mais cela est dû à son emplacement central. Nous recommandons vivement !

Tout cest très bien passé. Le logement est vraiment au pied des pistes et nous avons passé des bons moments dans ce logement. Hôte très sympathique et réactif. Je recommande 💪🏼

Petit bémol : Il n'y a pas de possibilité de commander le chauffage de l'appartement, aussi en cette saison, prendre sa douche située dans la chambre non chauffée n'était pas top ! En été, l'appartement et sa terrasse à l'ombre des grands arbres doit être agréable.

Firstly thank you to David who was helpful and friendly from the first! This flat is superb and in fact looked and felt even better than in the photos. It is bright (even in December), warm, spatious and very enjoyable to return to after a day's visiting. A near perfect location (right next to the supermarket, train station and bus stops for Nice, Monaco and visits); a lovely view of the harbour and coastline looking towards Italy; excellent kitchen facilities; the lounge/ dining room area is spatious and bright; two bedrooms and even a mini office desk, which is useful; good choice of television channels. As it turned out, we had perfect weather, but had it rained, the flat would be a welcome retreat. David was very helpful whenever we had a request/ question. Would we return? We certainly hope to and this would be our first choice! Thank you!

Logement pratique, à quelques minutes de Grasse. Hôte accueillant et sympathique. Lit confortable et parking sécurisé.

This is a must stay place - so historic and a real gem if you like history and something different. The view over the new marina is beautiful.

Nous sommes ravi de notre séjour chez Valérie. Cela a été un plaisir, avec des équipements de qualité et une hôte très accueillante, logement rempli de petites attentions (chocolats, boissons, éléments pour le petit déjeuner), et très arrangeante au niveau des horaires ! Le logement était calme, il faisait bon quand nous sommes arrivés avec le chauffage déjà en marche, parfait pour la période ! Très propre et literie au top, rien a dire ça vaut bien 5 étoiles

Super moment en famille. Il y a tout dans le logement et le petit plus pour les enfants: les lapins, les poules les jeux pour enfants et un grand espace extérieur.

Eine tolle, gut ausgestatte Wohnung. Kevin war super freundlich, immer erreichbar und zuverlässig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und haben uns total wohl gefühlt!
