William's apartment was perfect for our weekend stay at Hudson. Right on Warren street and with a parking space, we could not have asked for more.

Everything you want in an Air-B-B . Clean and charming , right in downtown . We walked to restaurants every night. Lots of thoughtful snacks. Fresh Pint of whole milk and stick of butter in fridge. Host lived on site and was there to help with any situation. Great bedding and water pressure too.

Can't think of a better option to the local hotels while visiting my son at Bard. Very comfortable, eclectic, and scenic - with a friendly host and the sweetest cats! Make friends with Kaboodle for free snuggles. Will definitely return next visit. Thanks Tim!

everyone is right— it’s even better in person. it feels so special to walk through an art gallery into this apartment, which itself is well curated with art, books, curios, and kitchen implements— even a record player and a speaker, two TVs with streaming services. Beautiful spot, would stay here again.

Seth is definitely a “super host”! Instructions were very detailed and perfect! The suggestions for restaurants and things to do was extensive. The location was perfect for our visit to Valatie. I have never been to an Airbnb that was this clean - impeccable! The small back porch with a view of the river was awesome! I will definitely book this Airbnb again!

I stayed at the Cemetery Schoolhouse for a few months in order to decide whether to move to Hudson. From talking to Laura, I knew right away I would feel welcome and not isolated. I couldn't have made a better choice. The place is about four minutes from downtown Hudson, which is packed with interesting shops and excellent restaurants. The old schoolhouse has loft-sized rooms (about as big as my 1 Bd NYC apartment), each decorated uniquely. Every day you notice something interesting that you hadn't seen before. At first I was hesitant about living so close to a cemetery, but it turned out to be my serenity space. It is beautiful and so huge that I could walk my dog in a different part it every day. It has a lot of open spaces so that it often felt like a park rather than a cemetery. My room was clean and had everything I needed for a multiple-month stay. Of course I've decided to move to Hudson.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our visit. The house was cozy and perfect for our toddler and dog! We appreciated the comforting accommodations and convenience of location. We will definitely be back soon!

This was a beautiful and well kept home and was a delight to stay in. Natalia was also a lovely and communicative host. We had no issues and would happily stay there again.

Alfredo's home was more peaceful than the photos could show. it was quiet, secluded and clean, inside and out. being close to stores and the town while having the feeling you're farther away from society was just what was needed for the stay.

We always have a great stay at Matt’s! The amenities are amazing and the view of the Hudson is unbeatable.

Beautiful, clean and great location! We were up skiing at Catamount so the location was ideal, and the sauna was a nice treat everyday. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious and open. There are a few different levels so plenty of room to spread around with a separate spacious TV/exercise/bunk room in one of the levels. The 2 king beds and twin beds in the bedrooms were all very comfortable and each of the bedroom had their own bathroom next door. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware and necessities/spices etc. Kids went sledding and we even hiked up several times to the top of the hill with great views. Carolyn was very responsive and accommodating.

Had a lovely girls’ getaway weekend! House was very clean, plenty of space and amenities! Beds were comfortable, a/c downstairs was refreshing. Upstairs was pretty warm, but host offered to put in the window a/c units if needed. We ended up sleeping just fine with the couple of fans provided! House was easy to get to and instructions were clear! We ended up going to the nearby Bartlett House (10mins away) for breakfast/lunch, and couldn’t recommend it enough! So good!! Also visited the Art Omi, which was a great way to get some walking in on a beautiful day!

We loved staying at Jeffrey and Juan’s quiet home on the rushing Chittenden Creek! Jeff is a communicative, friendly, and accommodating host and would absolutely recommend his place to others. I surprised myself at how much I loved the bird watching (don’t worry, Jeff has binoculars and a book to guide you!). Don’t miss out on the Empire trail for early evening walks! My husband and I stayed at their home for two weeks as we both work remotely and there was plenty of space to spread out and take calls. The plant room in their home is so beautiful that people complimented my ‘digital’ background on zoom! Would absolutely stay again.
