I had a fantastic stay at Fleur’s flat in St. Neots. It is in the perfect location. It is in the heart of the town, less than a minute's walk to Market Square. You can walk to everything… restaurants, shops, cafes, park, marina, train station, etc.. The apartment was as described, and the photos were accurate. It was very clean. Clean linens and towels were provided. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. The common space might be tight if you have 4 people, but not an issue. Check-in and check-out were very simple. I was given good instructions and the keys were left in a convenient lockbox. Communication with Fleur was very efficient. This was only my fourth experience using Airbnb, but I would say by far my best experience. I highly recommend this space if you want to be in St. Neots. I hope to stay here again someday. Great stay, would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Biggleswade. Cute apartment, has everything you need. Very short walk to many pubs and restaurants. Hayley is very friendly and responsive.

This is a real gem! Shane has created the most comfortable and well equipped place one could imagine, all so comfortable, spotless and so well thought out and with some many lovely touches when one arrives in the flat (bread, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee). Beautiful little apartment great value for money my second stay

We enjoyed our 1 night stay. Everything was as expected including milk, tea and coffee, amenities, rooms etc. We were able to flexibly check in when we wanted which was very helpful. The place was very clean and exactly as described with a helpful book on how to work everything. Great stay overall prior to the MK Marathon

Recommended place to stay. All fittings seemed new. Parking was easy every time I needed it. Welcome pack of goodies on arrival.

Great place for workers wanting to be close to the city. Free enclosed parking and secure area plus nice little flat with the amenities you need. Could do with some tea towels and more cooking items. Other than that a lovely place

Paulina was great to deal with, and the inside was clean , tidy and well presented, the house was well equipped , we had a great stay

Had a lovely stay here with 6 of us plus a baby. Lots of room and very clean throughout. Overall a lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend. Anytime we travel up for the weekend for a Santa Pod event again, we will definitely be staying here. Thank you again to Wakene.

Home from home. Ideal base for the Midlands. Extremely comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful private garden. We highly recommend staying there.

We travelled from Scotland for a family funeral. Asked if possible to get slightly earlier access and that was no problem at all. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The area was very quiet and near Rushden Lakes a great shopping and eating area. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this house.

Myself and a colleague stayed here whilst working in the area. Apartment was spotless and ideal for us at it was a 3 minute drive to work. Apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the owners were in communication with us throughout our stay.

A great apartment within walking minutes to the city centre. Clean and tidy, a comfy, linen fresh bed, full kitchen with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, washing up accessories if needed. This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. An excellent place to stay and this was a return visit. Didn't disappoint. Will be back next time I need to visit. Handy for everything in town, 5 mins to tram stop, local shops and close enough to walk to the city center. Parking was easy and close and the apartment had everything I needed for my stay.

A brilliant night stay as a group visiting Leicester for a wedding. Everyone was extremely impressed with the decor and quality of the place overall. Mihir clearly takes great pride in The Studio and we would book again when visiting the area next!
