E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

We are minutes drive away from Crough woods and Mahon falls. Clonea strand, Bunmahon and Stradbally beaches are a 20 minute drive. After a busy day ,you can look forward to relaxing at the fire side or outside in nature.

After a long walk on the beach you can also relax in the Outdoor Barrel Sauna and jump into the ice bath to cool down. Suitable only for family groups. Dungarvan is home to a number of great restaurants, cafes and pubs. Clonea beach is less than a 10 mins drive away. Waterford City is a 40 mins drive and the Comeragh Mountains (for hiking and walking) is 35 mins by car.

Dromana's luxurious, Historical duplex overlooks the Blackwater river, with exceptional views of the attendant wildlife going about their daily routines. The River Duplex includes twin and double ensuite bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen and open plan diningroom, and cosy sittingroom with solid fuel fire. The outside space with garden furniture is accessible from both bedrooms.
