Perfect place to stay for our visit to this beautiful ocean side community. Viewed amazing sunsets from the balcony. Plenty of room to have meals with friends and family.

Clean and well maintained.

I had a wonderful stay at the condo ‘Salty Shores’ in Gold Beach. It was cozy, welcoming and very nicely decorated. The bed’s mattress in the loft upstairs was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Michele was very responsive and helpful. Also, the welcome gift basket was much appreciated after a long drive! I had never used that type of lockbox before and Michele was very prompt in providing help. I’ll definitely stay at ‘Salty Shores’ again if I’m ever back in the area.

This was a great place. So many added touches for convenience and comfort. It was well stocked and very clean! The neighbors are all so friendly as well. I spoke with a couple of them when out on a walk. Great spot. Beautiful views! Highly recommend.

Nice little place. We would stay here again. Need extra batteries for remotes on hand. We had to purchase our own to use two of the tvs. Great place!

Great price walking distance to the pier and lots of great restaurants and fishing charters. Nice private hot tub clean and comfortable good beds. Anyone staying here needs to go to the fat Irish restaurant and get the Irish lord sandwich best ever.

What a view !!! The beach and ocean view is beautiful. The home is very clean, furnished nicely and there is everything you could need in the kitchen. There is a washer/dryer as well. The deck is spacious and the view of the ocean is amazing. The bedrooms are a good size, the beds comfortable, there is plenty of storage space for your belongings. We were so happy we decided to rent this rather than stay at a hotel. We would definitely rent this again if we are ever in the area. The description of the home is accurate, it is very clean, has all of the amenities and our host Olga was very responsive when I had a few questions. Thank you Olga for letting us stay, we loved every minute of our time in your home and in Gold Beach.

We really enjoyed the beachy bohemian vibe at Kati's place. I often find Airbnbs less tidy than I would like but Kati's was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked (even with sharp knives, a rarity for Airbnbs) and, even more rare, a good coffee maker (no sad Keurig)! The landscaping was a lovely surprise, full of beautiful calla lilies and succulents. If the weather had been more agreeable, we would have loved to spend time enjoying the deck and yard but the kids had fun with the ping pong table in the garage. We would love to stay again.

Amazingly quiet and peaceful. Not only overlooking the mountains and river, but also got to enjoy watching cows and new calf’s grazing the fields across the river every day. Close to town as well as all the hikes we were able to do. Also had a family of deer spend hours sitting under the cover of the tree out front. Beautiful stars at night as well with no light pollution from the city

We were looking for something that was relaxing and peaceful. it didn't disappoint us. Jim and Tenea were very friendly and responsive if we needed anything. The Wi-Fi was the only thing that could have been better. The signal wasn't real strong so it would come in and out. It was the best in the master bedroom.

We were at this magnificent property over Thanksgiving, and it was perfect. We timed it just right to avoid November rain and it was warm-ish. The river was absolutely blown when we arrived, but settled down and was always beautiful. We really enjoyed the fact that it is extremely well apportioned, everything we needed to cook, snack, play games, and relax. We can't wait to come back in the summertime, when we can more enjoy the river and hiking. We know this area very well and it's perfectly located. Short drive to Oak Flat, Short drive to supplies at Cougar Lodge. David and Laurie were great hosts, always available to help with firewood, suggestions for hikes, etc. I highly recommend this place. Yes, it's pricey, but worth every penny.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our time on the river. We were sad that the Chetco was closed for fishing. We didn’t realize, but we got to cast our poles in the Rogue river 30 miles north. Rachel and Bryon were quick to respond with our questions and everything worked fine. The two bedrooms downstairs shared a bathroom and the two bedrooms upstairs shared one, which worked out well for us.

The Swell House was great and we would definitely stay there again. Rental is located in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood with friendly people. Bonus points for being able to go for daily walks with the convenience of having a private path down to the beach. We enjoyed the backyard patio with blooming lilacs and sea breeze. Appreciated the cleanliness and amenities that were available. Hiking trails are located close by and the main area of Brookings and Harbor are a short drive away.

Exceptional location, and gated access made us feel very secure. The windows were a little hazy, but the view is stunning. A beautiful, well-cultivated walk leads down to an absolutely perfect private-access beach. Linens and towels were fluffy, good quality, and very clean. The whole property was clean and well-appointed. Nice coffee options. There are three parking spots directly in front of the unit, and we always found at least one open, which made for super convenient loading and unloading of luggage. No stairs. The highway is close enough that it was obvious when heavy vehicles went by, but it never bothered us. Didn't hear road noise at night, and the highway proximity just means that town/shops/restaurants are easily accessible. Apart from that little bit of daytime road noise, the property was very quiet and peaceful. Didn't hear any neighbors, and the ones we encountered outside were very nice. I would rent here again.

Love the property. We were coming in with a rental car so that was a lil crazy trying to register but everything worked out. The balcony was great and we enjoyed our time watching the pretty view.

Great place to stay with beautiful sunsets. Marcela is extremely responsive and helpful. The photos on the listing match what you see in person. Amazing views of the river and ocean. Grocery store is door to door 5 minutes away. The town itself is a nice little gem on the Oregon coast. Absolute reprieve from the hustle and bustle of bigger cities. Highly recommend staying here.

Great views of the Rogue and Patterson bridge. Although relatively close to the 101 and being a condo, we didn’t hear traffic or neighbors. Clean and clutter free. Definitely need a decent cork screw and the heater makes a bit of noise but just those little things. Enjoyed the views, seals, and otters. A peaceful getaway.

Really great size house, comfy beds, comfy chairs in the living room, great size kitchen table, super clean, well stocked kitchen pots and utensils. The listing said shampoo/conditioner provided so I didn't pack any and what they provided was a handful of tiny hotel bottles. I would suggest either remove that from listed amenities or add the like pumps or something that hotels have installed in their showers. Also to note, the beach access is super close but you have to cross a bunch of logs so if you were physically disabled or on crutches etc etc it would be a real drag. So I would include that in the description to allow people to make fully informed decisions. Lovely home:)

This is a really beautiful condo with an epic view of the Oregon coast. The kitchen is very well appointed, better than most. Every room was impeccably cleaned and furnished for comfort. The location is near multiple places to go for adventure but you can also stay right there and enjoy your own private beach complete with a groomed trail to get you there. We travel frequently and often use Air B and B. This is, without doubt, among the very best!!
