Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre homestead and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. This comfortable apartment features a kitchen, a stocked coffee station, 2 bedrooms, an office with a day bed, a beautiful dining room that seats 6, and a living room with a large flat screen TV. Parking available. There is a one time fee of $50 for your pet(s).
