Logement très propre, fidèle aux photos et vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Hôte toujours disponible, arrangeante et réactive par message. Attention avoir une voiture est fortement recommandé car très difficile de rejoindre à pieds ou grâce aux transports en commun, et nécessaire pour se déplacer. Le bémol est le « jacuzzi » qui est une baignoire avec des jets que l’on sent pas. Concernant la piscine elle est propre, offre une superbe vue sur le soleil couchant et la vallée mais n’est pas chauffée

Wow, what a showplace. This top floor penthouse is very glamorous, with spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Our group of 6 (3 couples) each had spacious bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Only one bath was en suite, but the others were convenient to the bedrooms. The place was spotless and well stocked. The upstairs had another sitting room, bedroom and bath, and a huge deck with fabulous hot tub. The views from this level were even better. The place is walking distance to Kotor’s old town, but a bit of an incline coming back. We saw lots of taxis for a convenient ride back. Take extra time to navigate to the place upon arrival. Apple Maps couldn’t quite get us there, so we stopped for help. There is a dedicated parking spot. Daca was there to happily greet us, even though we arrived late. She explained everything perfectly and was very responsive when we reached out another time. I would definitely recommend this lux penthouse!

The room is very clean, quiet, and in a great location. The beach is within a 10 minute walk. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, and I definitely recommend them! We felt very relaxed and comfortable here

I can not rate highly enough both the apartment and the host. They are both definitely worth 10/10. From the very beginning when Dejan organized airport transfer for my husband and I, then personally met us at the entrance to Old Town and escorted us to his great apartment, his hosting duties were second to none. Throughout the week he then was able to find and recommend a local gym for us as well as organizing taxi transfer to the airport in Dubrovnik. Nothing was too much trouble. A true gentleman! The apartment was the best. It was smack centre in the middle of Old Town, but because it had double glazed windows and solid doors, both interior and exterior, we found ourselves in our own private little oasis, with no noise and no disruptions from the many visitors moving through Old Town. It had all of the amenities you would need including stove top and washing machine. The Kotor Ladder walk is a must!

Nice flat with great location, the sea is only 5 mn walk and also there is a free parking nearby. The place is super clean and had everything I need. The host is super nice and helpful, highly recommended :)

Iva est une hôte très disponible et très à l'écoute. L' appartement est bien situé, superbe terrasse et une super vue sur la baie de Kotor. L'emplacement parking est un vrai plus à Kotor. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement ! Merci Iva pour ton accueil

Divni domaćini, dočekali su nas kao rođene. Uz preporuke domaćina izbegli smo gužve u saobraćaju, a bili su i fleksibilni u vezi check-in i check-out vremena. Svaka preporuka za apartman - blizina centra, a opet miran kraj. Apartman je divno opremljen i za duži boravak, pogotovo ako planirate da kuvate na odmoru i da ručate na terasi s pogledom na more.

House was just as announced, in a calm part of the city, close to the center and has places to park. Perfect!

Klevis’s place in Shiroka is lovely and scenic with an amazing lake view. The property was in pristine and immaculate condition. The wooden deck with chairs and enclosed cozy seating area are good additions to the property. It is well located closer to a grocery store and there are lots of restaurants within walkable distance. All the rooms including bathrooms, the bed linens and towels were very clean and hygienic. The kitchen utensils and cutleries provided helped us prepare simple breakfast. WiFi speed was excellent. The beds and sofa bed were very comfortable for sound sleep. Air conditioning/heater units worked very well in all the rooms. Klevis was very accommodative, welcoming, friendly and quick in responding to any queries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the property. Will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Shiroka.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Kotor, Restaurants und Supermarkt, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und doch liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Zur Promenade geht man über den Garten ein paar Treppen hinunter -nur die Mücken waren hier etwas lästig. Das Appartement ist äußerst sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Z całego serca polecam to miejsce ponieważ można się tam poczuć wyjątkowo komfortowo. Zdjęcia nie oddają nawet do końca piękna tego miejsca. Apartamenty zostały przygotowane z najwyższa starannoscia, otoczenie jest urokliwe, dostępne są wszelkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Miejsce jest niezwykle urokliwe, zorganizowane w taki sposób aby każdy mógł poczuć się swobodnie. Jest bardzo czysto, obsługa codziennie dba o czystość całego ośrodka, jest bardzo pomocna i miła. Na miejscu dostępny jest piękny basen z komfortowy mi leżaka mi, parasolami, prysznicem i toaleta tuż obok. Wszystko zostało wykonane na wysokim poziomie. Gospodarze to przemili, uczyni i otwarci ludzie, każdego gościa witają z nie bywała serdecznością, są pomocni w każdej kwestii, doradzą w zakresie lokalnych restauracji, atrakcji. Do morza zaledwie 7min spacerkiem. Gospodarze to przemili, otwarci ludzie, sprawia, że poczujecie się u nich naprawdę dobrze! Polecamy z całego serca zarówno dla par jak i rodzin z dziećmi!

Aleksandra & her son, Andrija, were such great hosts. Our flight arrived earlier than the check-in time & they allowed us to check-in early. They were really quick to respond to any questions we had - before we arrived and all the way through check-out. The villa is very lovely! Well-equipped with all the amenities, if your group likes to cook. It’s an easy walk to Old Town, plus there’s a nearby bakery and a little grocery store. And the view from the terrace? Absolutely stunning! 🤩 Me & my friends had the best holiday! We would definitely recommend this place!

wir waren schon das 2. mal da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. alles ist bestens zu erreichen und die wohnung ist sehr sauber. wir waren 10 tage dort und der platz hat absolut gereicht. ein kleines, feines apartment zum wohlfühlen

Havre de paix dans baie magnifique. Hôte très accueillant et disponible, explications simples et claires. Photos et équipements données sur le site exactement conformes à la réalité. Vue du balcon superbe et apaisante sur la baie, avec couché de soleil garanti (1er étage du logement). Logement très propre, bien équipé et belle surface pour 4 personnes (1 chambre lit double avec sdb+ 1 chambre 2 lits simples avec sdb). 3 à 4 places de parking disponibles devant la maison. 1 minimarket à proximité, 1 restaurant -bar (sur réservation car très prisé). Petite plage à côté du restaurant, en béton-rochers dans baie peu profonde, à 20m du logement. Prévoir une voiture car logement à 15min-30min des points d'intérêts, mais idéalement placé car en retrait des foules. Très bonne adresse.

Overall a 5 star stay!! Perfect location, amenities are all there for a homely feel. The upstairs balcony is serene, fantastic roof top view and a lovely sun trap. Not to forget the lovely visitors (cats). We felt perfectly at home, the host is very responsive and allowed us to check in earlier.

Carine war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat sich umgehend z.B. um eine kleine Erweiterung der Küchenutensilien gekümmert – wir kochen gerne und gehen nicht nur essen – und sogar einen Toaster von abends auf morgens vor die Tür gestellt. Der Pool ist groß und hat einen tollen infinity-Blick auf die Bucht. Der Flughafen Tivat ist im Blickfeld, man kann die startenden und landenden Fliugzeuge beobachten. Für uns gab es keine störenden Geräusche durch den Flughafen, nachts ist Ruhe. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat die neue Gondelbahn auf den Lovcen Nationalpark eröffnet. Man kommt in 11 Minuten von 0 auf 1750 m üNN, das ist toll – insbesondere wenn man die engen (!!) 25 Serpentinen nicht mit dem Auto erfahren will. Kotor ist durch den Tunnel in 10 Minuten erreichbar und wenn Tivat nicht im Stau ersticken würde (im August), könnte man in wenigen MInuten am Hafen sein. Strand und Meer sind gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto, sie sind aber durchaus gut besucht... im August. Wir waren gerne dort!

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The local recommendations from the host were really helpful.

It is very spacious and clean. Very close to the bus station. It’s quite far from Budva Old Town, but it’s totally fine with me because I preferred privacy. The fridge door is broken but I didn’t mind because it still works but hopefully it gets fixed for the next customer! :) Highly recommended if you want a quiet place! :)
