The house is very comfortable. It has everything you need. The location is perfect. 5 min from Costco and Walmart. 3 min from Tim Hortons. Host is responsive. The place has a piano. I asked the host to tune the piano, he did it right away. If you need anything, the host makes sure to provide it. Upon my arrival, snacks, coffee and tea were there. Clean, cool and peaceful. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I’m sure that you will as well. Cheers ✌️

Charming, comfortable home in a great location with plenty of room! We had a great time listening to records, walking to the nearby restaurants, bars, and cafes, and soaking in the Montreal atmosphere. The place is clean, with tons of character. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys staying in a real home and not a corporate apartment.

Gaylor's place is well situated in a quiet neighborhood. Less than 10 min walk to the Metro. Parking was a nice perk. No issues at all and our host was very responsive and informative.

Our group had a great time using Louis’ home during our trip to Montreal. The home is ground-level and very close to restaurants, groceries, and cute shops — making it very convenient. The bedrooms and common space configurations gave us a great balance of privacy and togetherness time. Louis was very communicative and flexible during our stay.

The place was lovely and cozy. You feel right at home with all the amenities in the kitchen, and the flat is well furnished with a lovely deck. The lightening was fantastic. The neighborhood is cozy with local eateries, supermarket and other easy to walk everywhere. So, it is like visiting NYC and stay across the bridge in Brooklyn nicest neighborhood. This gave us the local feel which is important for the full experience. There were enough outlets, tv nice size and it looks exactly as the photos - no hidden surprises but rather gems. Thank you Pierre and yes thank you for the compliment. I leave everything as I rent it. Respect.

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny and Steeve’s home. The architecture, design, and decor all work together so well, and it was especially awesome for some family members that knew of this location as a former dépanneur. The transformation is truly incredible. The comfort of the home is also equally matched with its central location in a neighborhood that has many options. We enjoyed the Mollo bakery down the block, Jamaican food from Boom J’s, steamies and house-made spruce beer at Paul Patates, and pizza from Welldun Pizza in Verdun. An added bonus was the nearby depanneur carrying banana popsicles, which we don’t get out West. Whether we were going downtown, over to LaSalle, or even across to Brossard, the location was very convenient. And to top it off, the patio furniture in the garden gave yet another wonderfully relaxing oasis. It didn’t even seem like we were in the city. Thanks again for letting us share your terrific home!

Le logement était propre, fonctionnel, agréable et facilement accessible en voiture (avec toujours de la place à proximité) ; idéalement placé pour découvrir Montréal ! We were very happy staying here. The apartment was perfect, with comfortable beds, relaxing living room and roomy kitchen. It also has parking which is great. Overall, it worked well for us.

Nice little spot in central Montreal. The street can be a bit loud because it is a busy area. Kyle was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. I checked in early with no problem.

Beautiful home with all the amenities! Eric was a great host and very responsive. The home was very comfortable for the 8 of us. Unfortunately we only had a 3 night stay and only got to enjoy the pool for one day due to the weather. But it was very nice with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful backyard setting. The master bedroom was amazing with beautiful soaking bathtub! Highly recommend this property. We’re very thankful to our host for everything he did to make our stay comfortable. He was quick to respond and always so thoughtful. When one of our friends got sick very late at night, he brought us medicine, which we really appreciated. Even on New Year’s Eve, he came over to fix the dishwasher with no hesitation. Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux chez Jonathan pour notre rencontre familiale annuelle. La maison était parfaitement adaptée à nos besoins, spacieuse, propre et équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Jonathan a été un hôte exceptionnel, très attentif et proactif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine, qui a été un véritable atout avec les températures de 30 degrés et plus. Elle a offert une belle oasis de fraîcheur pour toute la famille. L'ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale de la maison a contribué à faire de cette réunion de famille un moment inoubliable. Qiang was a great host. He made check-in easy and didn’t have a ton of rules as I have experienced at other homes. It was so peaceful we all slept well and there was plenty of space for my large family. Thank you Qiang!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour ! Tout était d’une propreté irréprochable les chambres, la salle de bain, la cuisine, absolument tout était impeccable. C’est un endroit parfait pour se reposer, se ressourcer et profiter du paysage. Le jacuzzi, lui aussi, était très propre et a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Franchement, tout était parfait ! Si vous cherchez un endroit calme et ressourçant, je vous recommande vivement cet hébergement.
