A 3 bed bungalow with off road parking on a quiet residential street 5 minute walk from General Hospital and 10 minute drive to the University. Easy access M3 and M271 with routes to The New Forest, Romsey, Salisbury and Winchester. Local bus routes to the City Centre including West Quay Shopping Mall and Ocean Terminal. Tesco local within walking distance and larger supermarkets a short drive away. The high standard of decor and facilities will ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Cow Shed - Barn
A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

The Annexe - Unique and Tranquil Getaway.
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private tennis court, should you wish to use it. In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. Enjoy !!

The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn
The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

New Barn
A self-contained studio flat on the first floor of an oak-framed barn in the heart of Owslebury village, a stone’s throw from The Ship pub. It has a kitchen and dining area, bathroom with shower, and a living space with a large double, or twin beds. The kitchen includes a two-ringed hob, fridge, combi-microwave,kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There is off-road private parking just outside the property. EV charger - 22kW type 2 - available on request (extra charge for electricity used).

Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage
Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

Self-contained Garden Cottage in idyllic location
Nestled in the grounds of our home, River Dale Garden Cottage is the perfect self-contained retreat for 'getting away from it all'. Situated in the picturesque Meon Valley, within the South Downs National Park, Garden Cottage is just a minute’s walk to the chalk stream, River Meon and access to the Meon Trail (the dis-used Railway Line) - perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding. Centrally located for exploring the cities of Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton or Chichester.

The Annexe is a bright and airy self contained house separate from our home. The accomodation is over two floors with wonderful views out to the Hampshire countryside. We are on a quiet private country road 2 miles from the vibrant city of Winchester, 6 miles from Southampton Airport and 3 miles from IBM Hursley.
