In the ten plus years that my husband and I have been using AirBnB we can both honestly say that Sami’s home ranks in the top for us in terms of (1) value (2) communication and (3) accommodations. The property is simply super nicely setup with multiple modern considerations. The house is very cozy and welcoming which made us feel right at home. However, the best part was the communication. Sami was up front and forward with communication. They were simple, and he provided us lists and resources for restaurants and things to do locally. Even more, he was super accommodating in terms of flexibility—by far the most helpful we have EVER seen. We give Sami the absolute highest rating that we possibly can. 11/10!

This is our second time at this Airbnb. It’s in a wonderful location, so close to downtown. The house is clean and spacious, and you can’t beat having 2.5 bathrooms.

It was a great place! Beautiful stay. We had 8 people total and it was big enough for us to not feel cramped. Would return in the future.

Beautifully remodeled and well styled old farmhouse. My family had a great time using this house as a home base for exploring the Thousand Islands region.

We loved our stay. The space is GORGEOUS. We especislly loved the gates at the top of the deck so the kids could run around and be safe. We stayed in winter and the view was epic. The hot tub was warm and the fire burned all weekend long. All in all we loved our stay, the beds are comfy, the master bedroom is wonderful, the kitchen has everything you need, and you cannot beat the view. Hope to be back soon!

The stay was great! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with everything you need nearby. The host was responsive and always available. We enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

Our six weeks stay at Heathers place was amazing. She is one of the most accommodating hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house was supurb, well heated and cozy for our winter stay. The kitchen modern and well equipped. The two bedrooms we used were a little small but more than adequate for our needs and the yard spacious. Erin & Sadiq’s place was perfect for our family stay. They anticipated all our needs, especially with a baby and even provided a crib, high chair, kid dishes and utensils and all kinds of games and toys. The place is pristine and fully loaded with amenities. Erin was so responsive and accommodating. We had a great stay.

Randa Catherine's apartment is in a great part of town, within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. Very clear instructions, would recommend for a short stay.

It was great returning to Lynden's place. It was a good as we remembered. Love the off street parking and the access to the dog park. Easy to get Ubers if you don't want to drive in to town. Easy to access.

I stayed at Myrna’s place for two nights while house hunting in the area. It was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I walked down the street to Forge Pizza for take out and enjoyed every bite. Myrna had thoughtfully left me some fresh muffins and snacks as well! Some reviews feel the bed is soft, but I thought it was perfect. Very comfortable. Space is compact but thoughtfully designed. It is walking distance to many local amenities. Would definitely to back.

spacious clean apartment with small but full kitchen, comfortable living room and comfortable king bed. a little tricky to find .. house numbers small ... and had a bit of trouble at check in .. but Barbara was very responsive to a phone call and greeted us with the key code we needed to get in. no river view as it was fall but just a short walk from house.

could not speak more highly of this listing. the place looked better than the photos, especially the fabulous bathroom. hosts responded within minutes to my messages. impressively - they went above and beyond with stocking the place (there was milk and eggs in the fridge, chocolates left for us, a variety of dinner / cookware, spices, etc). have not seen many airbnbs do that in a while (most provide the bare minimum). location is easily walkable to the main street. we will be returning when we are in next in kingston. thank you andrew and karolina!

My partner and I had an incredible experience during my recent stay. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, perfect location and exactly as described — if not better! The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were communicative, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly.
