Kathy's place is a home away from home. extremely clean and free of clutter but not to say that it was lacking any needed amenities. there were thoughtful gestures of light snacks, coffee, and tea laid out for guests' convenience as well. Our trip was a sister's mini getaway trip to enjoy Vegas entertainment and shows. Her 2- bedroom 2-flr condo was beautiful, bright, and offered everything that we could ask for. the best thing were the super comfortable and clean King-sized beds and a cute little private porch for my sister to use to momentarily and safely step outside. surroundings were quiet. Hosts responded quickly and were more than accommodating for a request that they could have easily denied. This saved our sanity after a very long trip to town. we truly appreciated the hosts for this! thank you for hosting us and we will definitely keep your cute, beautiful, very comfy place in mind the next time that we come back to town!

This Airbnb was very calming, in a safe gated place, right near the rio, not too far if you don’t mind a 10 min drive to the strip. Perfect for what I needed on my trip. The host was responsive. The kitchen was stocked well. the vibes are wonderful here, very green & clean. I miss it already. Thanks so much.

Had a great stay at Tong's place for a few days following a bachelorette weekend on the strip in Vegas. Cute and cozy apartment with easy access to the strip, airport, etc. Tong was a lovely host - proactive, responsive, and helpful.

This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and is surprisingly spacious. It's attached to the main home but has a separate entrance, private bathroom, full kitchen, and all the living necessities. The bedroom even had a door that separates it from the kitchen! The instructions were so clear and included photos. The hosts were friendly and responsive. On a weekend when The Strip was overpriced and overcrowded, this apartment was a lucky break for us. The 20 to 25 minute drive to The Strip depending on traffic was not a problem. We would do it again!

Stayed at many places before and hands down on the top of my lists of places to stay while in Vegas! Super friendly host and beautiful home!!

Everything went smoothly, place same as at the pictures, calm location and very close to the city

We enjoyed our time in LV and the condo was perfect for our needs. Walgreens right across the street for drinks and incidentals. Chick FilA and Dennys close for breakfast. About 1/2 mile to strip if you OK with walking. Taxies about $12 to and from. Pool was too cold but the hot tub was nice.

We were in Las Vegas for 3 nights. Lisandra's place was in a quiet neighborhood, and close to restaurants, grocery stores and a 10-15 minutes drive to the Las Vegas Strip. Lisandra is communicative and a very great host and this place was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was a rain shower overhead which felt like we were at a spa! We definitely would love to stay here again!

We were looking for a quiet family time, and had a very nice stay at this property. Highlights includes: 1. very responsive staff, Adeola 2. Pool and jacuzzi 3. Quiet neighborhood 4. Drivable distance to lake Las Vegas, shops, and EV charging stations.

Isaac was on top of everything. The home was just as described. I loved all that the home had good cook wear. The kitchen was great. It did take a while for the pool to heat up so my suggestion to anyone staying here is to turn it on with time so it feels good when you jump in. We will definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed in hosted homes across Anaheim, Orlando, Boston, and the Oregon coast, and this Las Vegas property was hands-down the most comfortable. I usually notice flaws right away, but not here—everything just worked. Great water pressure, plenty of hot water, even filtered water at the sink. The primary suite feels like a retreat, with a spacious, spotless bathroom (private toilet room included). It doesn’t have a double sink, but there's more than enough space for two. We’ve tried hotels on the Strip, but for a family of five, this stay was far more relaxing and affordable. Lisa was a fantastic host—we truly felt like cherished guests. If you're driving in for a game or event at Allegiant or T-Mobile Arena, this place is ideal. We came for WrestleMania and found free parking at Tailgater Tavern on Russell Rd Just a few blocks from the house - just a short walk to the stadium. Highly recommend, and would stay again without hesitation!

We love this place. It was in a perfect location. Far enough from the strip but close enough for groceries ans food. The house had everything we needed anz was clean. We also enjoyed ghw backyard space where the kids were able to run around. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful home, very spacious living room and kitchen. Awesome master bedroom with a nice bathroom and closet. Neighborhood was quiet and had a lovely view of the mountains. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Victoria was an amazing hostess and was quick to answer any questions when needed. 10/10

Worked great for my family of 4 while we visited nearby in-laws. House was as described and host communicated clearly.

Great little unit right by The Strip. The complex has several other short stay units so there was no trouble at all getting in and finding parking. Security was helpful as well. You’re about a 5 minute Uber from the Bellagio and can walk to the Rio easily. Really prime location Unit was clean and surprisingly quiet for how close you are to the action. Rooms were private with trees blocking your neighbors views in. Loved the balcony too! David and Lillian are great hosts. Lillian was super responsive when the AC had an issue and had a guy to fix it come within 15 minutes. Easily the fastest response to a problem I’ve ever had staying at an Airbnb. Highly recommend this place to a small group or family who wants a chill place to relax between normal Vegas activities.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Las Vegas Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just minutes from the Strip but tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet when we wanted it. The unit itself was spotless, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities really put it over the top: the pool was sparkling clean and perfect for a midday break, the hot tub was a relaxing way to end our evenings, and the workout room was surprisingly well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the private patio—perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening glass of wine. The host was responsive and thoughtful, and the entire experience felt seamless from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vegas!

This was everything described and love this area. Sandra was a great host and always available for questions. Close to everything, quiet, nice pool and grounds too. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing location, especially if you are going to an event at the Sphere- it’s a 5 minute walk! Just the savings in travel time and/or parking charges alone make it worthwhile. Plus, it was surprisingly quiet at night. We had a unit with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, which makes this ideal for two couples. Full kitchen and laundry facilities too. It’s easy to grab a taxi to just about anywhere, and while some other venues are within walking distance, the town really isn’t set up for pedestrians. Check in at 4pm is typical, and as this is a timeshare and not a private home, our early check-in attempt was not successful. (this is why I took off a star: at 11:30am there was long line of guests and few staff, whereas at 4pm there was a short line and lots of staff.) A better option is to just check your luggage with the doorman and come back later.

My 12yo son and I stayed here for a week for his spring break in Vegas. This home is close to parking, close to pool, washer & dryer in the unit, kitchen had plenty of stuff for home cooking. Towels for the pool. Big bed in one bedroom, two smaller beds in second bedroom, all of which were comfy. Plenty of nice people at the pool too. Fast internet. Comfy couch. Nice dining room table. Recommended!

Great location. Close to the strip, but not too close. Same side of the freeway as Allegiant stadium so ubering to Wrestlemania was super easy and avoided all the traffic/the strip/the freeway. Clean place. Good, friendly communication
