Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom country getaway. We are minutes from the historic village of Schoharie and 45 minutes from the Capital Region and Cooperstown. We offer scenic views, lawn access around the air bnb, outside seating and parking (two cars). Our air bnb comes fully stocked with towels, linens, toiletries, hair dryer, kitchenware, 55’ smart TV, pack n play and portable high chair. There are 13 steps to enter air bnb. GUEST MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB THE STAIRS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE.

In the winter months, bring your snowmobiles to enjoy direct access to hundreds of miles of marked and groomed snowmobile trails including nearby Letchworth State Park.

Wonderful lake house! Clean sheets and beds are made!Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, gas grill, coffee pot, & dishwasher. Sleeping areas- 2 bedrooms on main level-each has a double bed, a loft w/double mattress(wooden ladder), downstairs a bedroom with bunk bed set and a futon. Excellent walk out swim area or jump off the dock with swim up ladder. Included firewood, use of kayaks. Great fishing. Come make great family vacation memories! SUNY Cortland is 8 and SU is 17 miles away.

You will be 2min from downtown, Wegmans shopping, Cobbs Hill, which overlooks the city skyline, all Universities and festivals.. Deer, foxes, bunnies, fire flys, unique birds are not garenteed. 😉

The tent is extremely comfortable with the feeling of being in a giant hammock. The chosen camp site is located on a peninsular with creeks on three sides. It's total privacy. You'll get the feeling of being in the wilderness. The bathroom is about 1/4 mile away. We are on the east side of Seneca Lake with 75 acres of woods, creeks and orchards.
