Y está a sólo 15 minutos a pie del centro de Lagos y de la marina y de muchos buenos restaurantes. La cocina y los 2 baños fueron renovados recientemente y hay muebles nuevos. Quiet neighborhood with very light traffic, palm trees, nicely gardened areas and lots of parking. The Country Club (where pools, jacuzzi, tennis and bar are located) is a short 5 minute walk away. The indoor pool is heated from November to April. You can enjoy multiple nearby beaches within a 5 minute drive. Shopping in the area is very convenient with many options less than 5 minutes by car (Aqua Shopping Center, Nova Vila Retail Park, Continente and Intermarché supermarkets).
