Loved staying here with my family! Bedding was amazing, plenty of rags, towels and blankets. It was so nice having the washing machine and very clear instruction on how to get in and use everything! We had a really good time!

This was an awesome place to spend a few days enjoying the Oregon Coast. The condo was nicely furnished, quiet and had everything needed for a beach stay. Though we are older and couldn't do the stairs directly to the beach from the condo, the comfortable ground floor location and close by public beach access, fun shops and yummy eateries made it a great time. We hope to book again in the future. Thanks for allowing us to share your wonderful place!

We stayed at the Lookout for three months and loved our time there. The view over Nye Beach is breathtaking and never gets old in any weather! the biggest pros: - Location and View are perfect - Well-stocked kitchen - Squeaky Clean - Well-designed space - Pet friendly It's worth knowing - The Lookout is not large, but it has everything you need - The location is definitely tucked away - we didn't even try ordering delivery bc we didn't think they would find it - No recycling on site, just a small trash bin - You will sign a long agreement (outside of AirBnB) that looks litigious and basically prohibits negative and 4* reviews We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

Joe's place was clean, smelled lovely, and had gorgeous views of the river. We heard a little noise from the neighbors but that is typical in a condo and didn't bother us. We will definitely be renting Joe's place again!

We had a perfect stay over the long Thanksgiving weekend. The cottage is small but very well laid out. It was comfortable and cozy. We didn’t cook, but in the evenings we played games at the small table and watched some movies. Best of all, it’s an easy walk with the pups to an amazing beach. Ruth was a great host, and we will definitely look to stay again on our next Oregon coast adventure.

Beautiful view, spacious upstairs unit. Just 10 minutes to the really cute town of Yachats (check out the Styx, Stones, n' Bones shop if you are into rocks!). Across the street from Bob Creek Park where you can climb onto the rocks to go tidepooling at low tide (wear sturdy shoes that can get wet). Jana was immediately helpful when I messaged her for something in the kitchen. The beds did get warm at night and I couldn't quite figure out how to get the thermostat to cool. But I would absolute stay here again. Note: the hot tub is meant for 2 people at a time.

We LOVED our stay at River Front!! The location right next to the Florence Hwy 101 bridge was AMAZING – a place from which to watch the tidal action, fishermen going up and down the river, birds and seals, and lovely sunsets from either the apartment or wonderful deck!! Another plus was being right in the cute town of Florence with many eateries and shops in which to browse. We just walked across the street to a fun restaurant for dinner and a cute coffee shop was immediately next door. The location gave as a wonderful base to explore other parts of the coast both north and south of Florence for day trips. We hope to return to this wonderful accommodation!! The apartment was immaculate.

Our stay at this place was just what we needed. Took my daughter for her birthday and wanted to check out the aquarium and other things around. The rental was perfectly located for all of the activities we had planned. The place was just as advertised and in a great area for food and such. I would happily recommend this place to anyone.

Dawniel's Cottage was quaint, clean, and well equipped with the amenities necessary to be a second home. The coastal-themed decor neatly accentuated its location. Despite being in close proximity to the schools, the neighborhood was quite peaceful and quiet. The backyard fountain was pleasant, providing a haven for the occasional hummingbird and a place to contemplate activities for the day. The cottage was centrally located to meet our travel plans. We had a very nice opportunity to visit nearby coastal communities, the unique places, and natural features on a day-by-day basis. We had a most wonderful time. Thank You!

Spacious, well-appointed place. This was perfect for a weekend getaway. Inside was great, with comfortable furnishings, including a very comfortable bed. Heat worked well. There are two showers, and one shower head definitely worked better than the other, but they were both functional, and both the water pressure and temperature were excellent. Wi-fi was a little slower than I find in some rentals, but still functional - and really, we were there to explore the coast, not sit inside all weekend online. All around, this was a great rental!

A wonderful beach vacation. Highly recommend this house. Close to everything and well stocked with all that you will need!

This stay was so wonderful for our family! And the location was perfect. We have stayed at many airbnbs along the coast, this might have been our favorite. It’s a well loved family home for sure, and I think that makes it better. The couches are cozy too. Stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, host was helpful. The lay out was perfect for families with kids, the bed rooms are all right by each other. This location is perfect if you want to venture north to Newport, or even south towards Florence.

Betsy’s place was just the retreat my friends and I needed. Private, quiet and adventurous walk to the beach. The house had some outdated appliances but everything was well kept and functioning. The only issue was the Airbnb not being cleaned by check in time. The housecleaner showed up late but she was professional and got right to work. Betsy was more than accommodating when she received the news and offered a refund on the cleaning fee. Betsy always communicated within a reasonable time making everything easy. 5/5 recommend this location. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Very cute little house in a great location. Nice kitchen, which I used, and an awesome shower in the master bath. The host was very friendly and very helpful as I found most of the locals to be. There is a small duplex in the rear that shares the driveway but it wasn’t an issue…I just didn’t recall it in the description. Overall, a great experience and, yes, I would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Close to town and the dunes. Beautiful property with awesome views of the lake. We even got to watch the moon rise up over the lake from the living room...very beautiful. The space was very clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Thanks!

We had an amazing stay. The home was beautiful and wonderfully taken care of. Couldn’t have asked for a better host, or a better place to stay. Amazing! We look forward to returning.

Great location, easy walk to beach with beach supplies included, several delicious restaurants easily accessible. The inside was very unique, trendy and comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back!

Our second stay at this exceptional condo. If you’re looking for a place to decompress, soak in ocean and bay views from every window and savor the calming green of the majestic evergreen pines, this is the spot! We love Puma Point so much and the serenity it offers along with the kindness and hospitality of Kathleen and Gary. Walk into this comfortable beautifully appointed condo and breathe a sigh of calm. It is also a perfect location to explore much of the Oregon coast with all of the magnificent beauty it has to offer. As always, we cannot wait to return. Beautiful view! Wonderful to be able to walk right down to the beach. Traveling with a toddler, so hugely appreciated the little things like coffee, sand toys, and books. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Newport.

This is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the river and bridge and very walkable to shops and restaurants. Everything was very clean. I did not do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen seem well outfitted. There were lots of games and puzzles. It rained most of the time so I did not get to enjoy the patio. There is some noise from the bridge traffic but I did not find it to be disruptive. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Beautiful condo with an incredible view of the beach. Loved the neighborhood, there were so many good places in walking distance or within a short drive. It was a very comfortable place, set up well. They even had little snacks for us! Also, the soundproofing on the windows is great, you couldn't hear any outdoor sound at all. Also super nice to not have a long to-do list at the end of our stay.

This was our 1st trip up to Oregon and our 1st airbnb this was the perfect spot beach right there then a beautiful trail a few min drive away. The home has everything you could need,I was so busy packing and making sure everyone else had their things I forgot a few of my own but Rian had just what I forgot and more. we absolutely fell in love with the fudge at the ice cream shop down the street,my husband called to see if they'll ship to us... (they will). This is definitely a trip we won't forget and this home was perfect for it.

The condo was everything that was listed and more. It was nice to have the little extras in the kitchen, like coffee, spices, working appliances, extra food if needed. It was also nice to have extras like phone cables, laundry soap, dryer sheets and soap and shampoo in the showers. I would recomend the condo to everyone looking for a place in Newport. Leslie
