Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at Vicky’s. The apartment was prefect. We enjoyed the hot tub and our kids had a blast sledding. We skied Waterville and Cannon. We also visited the ice castles during our stay. We hope to return to Vicky’s in the future!

Had a lovely longer-term stay here. The house is beautiful with classic old New England character but totally modern features inside. Walking distance to several walking trails and coffee shops and short drives to countless places for swimming, hiking, rock climbing, and walking. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. No complaints here, we had a wonderful stay!

This is a peaceful quiet hideaway in Pennacook, a village within the city limits of NH's capital city, Concord. It had everything I needed & was well laid out.

This condo was impeccably maintained and was very clean. Even the sheets smelt brand new! We were very pleased with our stay! We had an issue with our tv and the owners were on FaceTime with us late at night to try and rectify the issue without hesitation. 100% would stay here again.

Great stay. Easy self check-in, the host was super responsive about minor questions, the place was clean and exactly as advertised. The location is very kid friendly, there's a nice playground across the street, a beach and mini shopping plaza, and an athletic club (passes were $50/day for families) all within a 5 minute walk. Fantastic experience and would definitely stay again.

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. Thank you Christine & Corey.

This house was great for a ski weekend with friends and our dog. We were able to cook together and hang out after a long day on the slopes.

From booking to check-out, everything was seamless. The house was clean, had lots of amenities, and Caitlin was very responsive to my questions. We had an amazing time at our concert, Weirs Beach, and hiking in different areas. Looking forward to booking with her again. Thank you!

This place was great and had everything my family needed for a peaceful weekend. If you like a outback feel in a buetiful home with a lake view from the hot tub this is your place. I hope to come back soon.

We recently had a nice and enjoyable stay at this house. It was on a quiet street, great for walking our dogs, and easy to get in to. Like others have said, our code would not work on arrival so we had to spend a few minutes waiting to hear back to figure that out, but they responded quickly. The house was clean and easy to find things. Whoever chose the records did a great job, I was pumped to find Def Leppards 'Pyromania', The Cars' 'Heartbeat City' and The Loaf's 'Bat Out Of Hell'. Unfortunately, there were Eagles records, but we can't all be perfect. The only things to note for others guests: The check-in time of 5pm and a check-out of 10am makes you feel like you are losing time on the property, would love to see either of those moved by a couple of hours. There is also a lack of some important cooking items. The only flat baking sheet was covered in burnt items and there was nothing else like it to use in the oven. If you like Japanese food, be sure to visit BarKosho!!

Melinda’s place was great for a private & cozy Fall getaway. Secluded enough, but still nearby some great hikes. Her instructions were communicated clearly and her place was clean & as described. I would stay again.

After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

My partner and I had the best time here! We loved every second of it and didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect size and very cozy. Joshua was an extremely nice host. He responded to my concerns or questions in a timely manner, and was just overall really nice and welcoming. Would definitely book again!

Corey, the host, was very responsive to messages, flexible, and extremely helpful on every step of the way. The check-in and check-out process couldn't have been smoother and we had everything we needed at the apartment. My stay at 131 Lake St exceeded my expectations on every metric. The space was clean, cozy and comfortable; the location was convenient for practical (groceries, restaurants, etc), recreational (across the street from Paugus Bay, close to Weirs Beach, Ellacoya State Park, Gunstock et al) and professional (35-40 minutes to Concord) purposes; and Kimberly was an outstanding host. I never had a single problem that needed to be dealt with, but it was clear that she would be promptly attentive and helpful if such a situation arose. Highly recommended.

This is our second time staying at Lisa’s place. It is in a perfect location right in the heart of the lake region. The pool is amazing. Lisa keeps the place perfectly clean and has everything you could need. We can’t wait to stay again.

Nice roomy comfortable space for two moms and three adult children. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Good location for getting to Bank of NH for a concert. Within driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores and Weirs beach. We didn't know how to adjust a digital thermometer. I had to message Ryan late at night. He got back to me right away and was super helpful. We had a memorable and pleasant time enjoying the lakes region of NH. Thank you, Ryan!
